Excellent job - highly recommend. We utilize Francisco's for weekly lawn care.

The service excellent and his work is very good. He is very easy to get a hold of if there are any problems. He cleans up really well after himself. He also always calls if he is running late.

I first attempted to contact this company via email, but received no response. 1-2 weeks later, I called, and managed to get Francisco on the phone. He said he would come in about two weeks to evaluate, and could do the work a week later. But, he never came. I called back and left a message, but never received a response.

They do excellent work. Everything looks extremely neat when they are done. They mow the grass to the correct height and come when scheduled. They don't bother the flower beds.

They are very clean and very punctual and when the grass does not grow as fast they come twice a month instead of once a week which is good. They are responsible and great.

So far so good. Francisco responded immediately when I sent an email inquiry and arrived on the dot for our scheduled estimate.

They are reliable and they do a good job. I had used them last year based on their Angie's ratings and because I was so happy with them I'll have them do my lawn mowing this year too. They have a great price and when compared to others their prices are the best. They'll do the front every week and the back every other week (since the back has more shade). I don't have to be home when they do the work, they'll just mail the bill to me. They also clean up well when they are done. I will continue to use them and would defiantly recommend them.

I was away when the crew came. It was a big job since leaves were stuck to the lawn and were piled in garden beds. It looks like they removed every last one without further turf damage or trampling the gardens. Francisco is very nice and easy to deal with. Will definitely call again.

Prompt communication. I called one day and they called me back the next.

I had three estimates. Two were more than $1K. Francisco was $350. He was fast and the grass looks great. Very nice job.

We have no reason to be anything but pleased with the various services provided by Francisco and his team.

I read great reports about Francisco on Angie's List, so I called and left a message on his answering machine about wanting to hire him. He never bothered to return my phone call.

You should never even try to hire this contractor. After 3 calls, Francisco came out to look at the yeard work at our home in Lexington. Afterwards, he said he would call with his price and availability. He never called, and we repeatedly called him because we always try to hire people from Angies list. This contractor does not carry a cell phone and never returns calls from his answering machine. This is the only terribly contractor we ever found on the list.

I found the company on this list. The clean-ups and mowing had been previously done by a relative, so I had no experience hiring someone to do this kind of work. Francisco returned my call in a day or two and came to give me an estimate a few days later. He was very pleasant and professional. His estimate for the clean-up was by far the lowest of the 3 I received. I also hired him to do the mowing ($40/wk for 2 months and $45 every other week after that) and for mulching the plants and shrubs in front and flower beds in the back - this estimate was $150, but that work hasn't been done yet. He came himself with one helper and they worked for 2 or 3 hours. The yard looks great and I was very pleased. I haven't received the bill yet, since the work was just done today.

We found the listing for him on Angie's List and we hired him because of his good rating. My thoughts on him were that he was very professional, courteous and he was willing to take care of any requests I had.

I called late in the season for this task to be done; I had gotten ''sorry, I'm too busy'' from other vendors. My call was returned right away by (I think) his wife who was very pleasant. Service interactions were excellent. Francisco and his team did and OUTSTANDING job of thoroughly cleaning my yard. My yard is my hobby/passion so I am admittedly very picky with my garden beds; obvious care and attention was demonstrated. They were careful not to rake and blow all the mulch away (as I requested) and were respectful of plants. Will have him return for spring cleanup.

I left a message at the contact number about three weeks ago and have never received a call back.

They came on the day promised which was less than a week from being hired. The work was done with attention to detail and he remembered my every request. He seems to enjoy his work, was pleasant to deal with, and on top of that the price was very reasonable. The only complaint we have is that he arrived at our home later than we expected. We will hire him again for our spring clean-up.

Mr. Chicojay was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He came very early on a Saturday and was done before I knew it. He was already working when I went out to meet him, and I could tell he was doing a fantastic job. The best part was that when the work was complete and I opened the door to my yard, I could not stop smiling because it looked so neat and clean!

Very happy with his service and would gladly recommend him to others.

He did excellent work (actually, I wasn't there when the work was done, so I'm not sure who did it, but I believe Mr. Chicojay was going to do the work with one or two helpers). I was happy with his estimate, which I thought was reasonable and fair. He did the work when scheduled. I also hired him to do lawn mowing every other week, for which I am paying him $30/time. He is billing me for the work. I immediately liked Mr. Chicojay- I found him to be very warm and professional. I recommend him without reservation.

It was a good experience. They were responsive. I have arranged for twice a month yard maintenance.

Francisco was very responsive and able to schedule something within a few days. He also agreed to remove some old bird baths left by previous owners and separated out the bill so that we could easily divide up the bill between personal and condo (shared front yard). His prices were reasonable and the work quality was high. We will definitely use Francisco in the future.

Francisco was very professional, polite, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend him.
