Francisco's Landscaping

We were looking for a lawn maintenance service that could maintain our lawn organically and would cut with a mulching mower to reduce the need for fertilizer. The owner came out and looked over the whole lawn, even in areas like the side lawns near house where moss grows in lawn, he took a several soil samples,and gave immediate results on the ph (acidity or alkalinity) of the lawn.He gave a prompt estimate of weekly cutting costs and seasonal fertilization. He and/or his employees come out and do the cutting and some extras, such as taking away a fallen limb, blowing the backyard deck clean, etc. They are very nice and responsive to any requests that I have.

You get a lot for the money you pay with them. They do a good job, and they are very thorough in what they do. The only problem that I had with them was they did not call me back once and I had to call them.

The price is fair for his services. He always does a good job.

I had Francisco come out and do some work for us in the spring and everything went well. I called him back to see about doing more work and he has not returned any of my calls (repeated calls).

They're very good and we will continue to use them. We enjoy their services.

Francisco came in promptly for consultation and estimate, was very profesional, easy to talk to and inspired trust that he would do a good job with the lawn renovation last fall. He had the best plan and value out of other 4 quotes I got. However, wehn I tried to schedule the work mid-September (best time to seed), he could not do it until mid-late October. I thought it was too late in the season to establish growth before winter and also had travel plans so I could not maintain the watering schedule at that time. I had to call many times to get back a response from him on the schedule. I was ready to hire someone else but then he sub-contracted the work to someone else. They did ok but not excellent job. When the spring came, I called again for lawn maintenace program considering last year's experience just ascheduling problem. He came in promptly to evaluate the work and as in the past he devised plan of action, was easy to talk to and profesional. I did this pleanty early in the season to make sure ithe work could be scheduled. As last time, there was no folow through. He said he would come within a week. He did not. I called repetedly to get him to come to do the work but received no calls back. Meanwhile prime grass growing season was passing by. I did not want to miss any more of the grass growing seson and decided to do the work myself. maybe he could do the work better but that's the situation he put me in and there was no more time to solicit more estimates from others. If he was busy with bigger, better, and more profitable jobs and did not want to do my two jobs, he should have said so and I would make other arrangements. It is always more appreciated than leaving the customer hanging and it could save him the bad report on Angie's List.

I have no complaints at all, I recommend him highly.

It went great. They thatched the lawn and seeded everything. Everything looks great. Just waiting for the seed to work...

Everything was very good. Unfortunately, he has yet to bill me, so I will need to follow up with him myself for the bill. The price was reasonable and I would consider using them again.

The fall cleaning includes a complete clean-up of the yard. Francisco is really professional. He responds right away when we call and would tell us exactly when they would come. The crew is really professional too, but we don’t talk to them. They get the work done and leave. Our experience with Francisco's Landscaping has been good.

We have tried many landscapers and some have been bad with making mistakes about our plants. This is the first one that did not make mistakes and they do good work when they say that they will. We do not have to worry about them. I am happy with the way things have turned out and we continue to use them.

Francisco is a very pleasant and professional person to work with. I have been trying to get lawn work done for several years and Francisco is the only company to (a) call back (b) show up for an estimate on time (c) provide an actual estimate (d) schedule follow up work. His prices are reasonable and his work is excellent, and he runs a one-stop shop for almost all things related to the yard. What a find!

I have been pretty happy with them. They are okay, but nothing super special. They do regular maintenance work so they just show up whenever. The owner is professional and friendly, but I don't think he is that organized. The only complaint I have with the company is the subcontractors that they use. They did plumbing for us and it was not good.

We were very pleased with the service. His crews were always very thorough, and after we worked out the watering issue all of our landscaping worked very well. They were definitely more meticulous about weeding and trimming the entire property than we were! I highly recommend the Spring clean-up service, as well. Although we're taking the lawn-mowing back now that we've returned to the property, we'll continue to use them for the Spring cleanings. We had slight problems communicating with them by letter when submitted with payment - I'd recommend talking to Francisco on the phone instead.

They were responsive to my phone call. They gave me a date and that's when they came. They were knowledgeable and knew what the yard needed. My yard looked very nice when they were finished.

He is very personable and very nice. He got back to us right away. He seemed like a family oriented guy.
