Our newly purchased house had a slight leak and pitting in the basement sewer pipe. Steve Puopolo came to give an estimate and his crew came to do the work within a couple of days. The pipe was replaced with better materials than had been there originally and even though the work took about an hour longer than the estimate, we weren't charged anything extra- we were told that the estimate is what they stick to so no additional charges if they can't complete in the time frame. We had also purchased a new fixture for the kitchen sink which was installed very quickly. No leaks, no mess, and even fixed the water flow so that we got more pressure in the sink.

They did the work quickly, so I wasn't stuck in 4 feet of water. The supplied and installed new ball valves at no charge and did other additonal work regarding the water heater. The price was reasonable, the work was exceptional. I would use them again, without a doubt.

We have been using their services for about 20 years now. They are dependable and they are quick to respond. Their quality of service is good and they are very professional.

The work quality and price were great. I was unhappy because they dropped a tool on the ceramic tile. They chipped the tile. He never responded to that and he should have.

When I talked to Steve he told me it would be around 300 dollars to fix. When the plumber arrived he found that the Drum Trap needed to be replace. He did the work and left me with a mess. He did not give me a name of a plaster company to fix the hole. The next time my husband took a shower the ceiling leaked again. When the plumber returned he said it was the P-Trap and that wasn't part of the first estimate and it wasn't his problem. He didn't tell me what it would cost to fix it. He just left. Very unhappy with Joe the plumber. He was rude and it cost way to much. I will never again pay until the work is done to my satisfaction.

Both representatives of the company who I worked with were excellent. They did a great job of spending time to understand the project, explain how we would work together, coordinate w/ other contractors, etc. Always showed up on time, or called first. They also did some extra work I requested to break their bid out into a detailed statement of work. In the end, their bid was very competitive and it was a tough decision not to use them. Based on my experience, I would certainly talk with them about other jobs.

I HAVE A FEW RENTAL UNITS. THE WATER HEATER BURST AND LEAKED ALL OVER THE PLACE ON THE DAY MY NEW TENANTS MOVED INTO ONE OF THEM. YIKES! NOT A GOOD WAY TO START LANDLORD/TENANT RELATIONS. I NEEDED FAST, QUALITY RESULTS TO FIX THE SITUATION. PUOPOLO SHOWED UP ON TIME EARLY THE NEXT MORNING AND INSTALLED A NEW UNIT, CLEANED IT ALL UP, AND MADE EVERYBODY HAPPY. I FEEL LIKE I OVERPAID A BIT, BUT SO WHAT. IT WAS WORTH IT TO GET IT DONE RIGHT AND QUICKLY.

THE PLUMBER ADDRESSED SEVERAL PROBLEMS FOR US OVER TWO VISITS. WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE END RESULTS. THE KITCHEN SINK IS MUCH IMPROVED, THE LAUNDRY SINK FAUCET FUNCTIONS PROPERLY, AND THE BATHTUB DRAINS MUCH FASTER. WORK WAS COMPLETED QUICKLY. WE HAVEN'T HIRED A PLUMBER BEFORE SO WE'RE NOT SURE ABOUT PRICING.
