Description of Work: I had been having trouble with my computer for a while and called the "Geeks". They were fantastic all around...from my call to the office...great service...to the tech coming to the house...great service. I would not call anyone but this company.....I also had a follow up call into them and they were just as good the second time....Great Company!!!

Description of Work: Set up 65" tv. They set everything up quickly including my cell phone to access the tv. If they didn't do it i would be still trying.

Description of Work: My computer kept shutting down. I assumed that a professional would have tools to objectively determine the problem. On the contrary, the gentleman just sat for 1/1/2 hrs. offering guesses. "It might be a switch, it might be the mother board." He cleaned it and left the computer as it was. It took him 1/1/2 hrs. to tell me he didn't know what was wrong. He could have decided that in 20 minutes. This guessing game cost me $211.00, including a $50 coupon from Angies List.

Description of Work: I was one of their first customers. They have worked on various computers and printers over the years. They more recently resolved issues with my computer and printer. I have a plan and pay monthly for the service. They are wonderful and always do an excellent job.

Description of Work: I have used them for help with my Apple operating system. Their service was fine and they did what they were supposed to do. They were very knowledgeable about the system and I could not ask for a better service. They were very experienced with this kind of instrument and I have no complaints. They are expensive but in line with other's prices.

Description of Work: Mike Delany was my technician and he was SUPER. He quickly figured out wht had gone wrong (a nasty virus) and fixed it. He also secured my wifi network, installed a new virus protection program (a free service), and made recommendations about things to do and watch out for. He also made sure that all my other household devices that operate on wifi (printer, Roku, my husband's laptop) were updated with the new login key that he had installed. He was here for about 2.5 hours and was not only super competent but also very personable. We chatted pleasantly throughout the entire service visit. This was outstanding!

Description of Work: Andy was EXCELLENT. Repaired my computer that had been hit by lightening. Set me up with a wireless router, dumped my cookies, added some other program to enhance my computer's functioning. He returned a week later for some additional work and was again excellent. I havbe already signed up for a 6 month "check-up"
