AWESOME!!!! Please see above. They were really great to deal with from start to finish...and Allen the plumber was polite and so helpful We have not gotten the bill but I dont care...whatever it is was worth it. period.

we noticed that our toilet was leaking in the back. i called that morning, and they came, made the repair that morning. they had to sodder the pipe, so it wasn't a small deal. it only took less than an hour, with them shutting off the water to make the repair.

It was terrific. They continue to do good work! Good group.

They are extremely reliable. They stand behind their work. If we feel something is not right, they will take care of it without question. They have come in and looked at something they did that they didn't like, and they fixed it. The overall experience was excellent. The price and quality were excellent. They were punctual, responsive, and professional.

We have a toilet that runs intermittently. We have had o.k. luck with them before but this time the repair man came, said because it was not running at that moment, there was nothing he could do. He made no attempt to figure out anything but left immediately and then still charged us $80. I am not sure that this is the date he came but this still makes me angry. It is a shame not to use a local plumber but given that this man did not even try to discover the problem, I won't use them again.

All the work was handled professionally and done promptly. Area was cleaned up after repair. I highly recommend this company.

I have been using them since the nineteen sixties. They are very reliable. They are nice people.

He is fantastic. He is very conscientious and doesn't oversell. He's a little expensive but reasonable.

Easy job: They were in and out in 20 minutes, didn't try to sell me a new valve, did a nice job, cleaned up afterwards, called 30 minutes before they showed up as I had requested, came a bit early, charged me their minimum service charge of $84 plus 25 cents (!) for the new gasket. Hard job: Well done. This was a difficult one. He didn't waste time, had the parts he needed, found a cascade of problems and eventually the root problem. Got to the point where the remaining work was electric, told me so, recommended an electrician and left. I am technically inclined and by the time he left, I also understood the unit pretty well because he took the time to explain and did a good job of it. While the unit still needs to be seen by an electrician, I was very happy with the way the left it. Very professional, no nonsense, knows what he needed to do and how to get help when he doesn't. Also on-time and just a nice guy.

They are the only ones we have ever used. We have used them for a very long time. They are very good at what they do. They are very professional.

Jeff Pickering arrived exactly on time, and was professional in attitude as well as in ability. The leak was fixed within fifteen minutes of his arrival.
