We had a problem with a shower drain. They charged us for not only the labor, but for renting the equipment that they owned and were not charged themselves for renting. They were short tempered with my wife, as well. They over charged and were difficult to deal with. I will not be recommending them. The plumber was fine, but the office people were very unprofessional.

They came out the same day we called and fixed both. The plumber was friendly and courteous.

The provider explained that the company does not provide services in the city of Springfield. The person sounded honest and professional We did not discuss price once I was told that services are not available in my area.

I'm sorry I didn't get the name of the plumber Pickering sent out. He solved the backup problem we had in our kitchen pipes. It was after a lot of people's pipes got frozen (though not ours) so we had to wait a couple days. They fit us in as soon as they could.

We've used them for 40 years. They're perfect.

Woke up this morning with water in the basement, the water heater had broken. I was on my way to Pickering's when I saw one of their trucks and stopped and talked with Jeff Pickering. He drove back to my house, looked at the situation and a few hours later, we have a new water heater! These are great people to work with. We had them install some new toilets and they worked very hard providing us with the fixtures we were looking for. I will always recommend them for any plumbing work, they are a high quality company.

The plumber came right on time. He quickly evaluated my needs and went right to work. The work in the basement was not necessarily difficult, but the piping was confusing. He explained what was needed to fix the issue I was having. He then completed the job and left the site completely clean.

It went well. They were professional and friendly.

Great. The dishwasher wouldn't quite fit, but he managed it, being careful not to damage flooring or countertop.

Plumber arrive exactly as planned, corrected the leaking toilet and leveled the floor. Excellent communications with tenant. I will use them again.

They came hours after I discovered a leak in a water pipe near the furnace. This was not a furnace related pipe but part of the water system. They had to remove some drywall to get at the pipe hanging from the rafters. They were efficient and the quality of the work seems excellent. I've used them before and they have always done a stellar job.

Came the same day I called. Fixed the pipe in no time. Gave great advice. Friendly to me and my barking dog. Super helpful and professional.

They arrived less than 10 minutes after I called. The technician was friendly and professional. Perfect.

They are wonderful - professional, punctual, flexible and competent. My every experience with them has been good. Their billing practices are very transparent, and includes details of every part that is installed. The charges appear reasonable - about $86 for half hour for one person, and $156 or so for half hour for a two-person job.

Called to have a waste disposal and shower head repaired. Very quick response. They managed to fit me in their schedule within a day and the service was very fast. Total time in the house was under an hour and the service technician walked me through all of the work he did and why he did it. I am new to the area but they are my go to plumber from now on.
