Description of Work: We needed an door lever/latch set with an outdated size and were having a lot of difficulty finding one. Derek at Amherst Lock Service used his own time to find some websites that might help us out. Although the sites eventually did not work out, we do appreciate his trying to help us on his own time. In addition, he was very responsive calling us back when we had questions. He did not perform a billable service for us, but I certainly would turn to him first if I needed help in this category.
