We spent $400 on their services. They’re great to work with. We’ve worked with them before. We know that there are cheaper companies but they are reasonable. They’re great. We will definitely use them again in the future.

I had a wonderful experience with them. They came and fixed the problem. They fixed it correctly the first time. They had given me an estimate. It was exactly what it turned out to be. The hornet’s nest was terrible, especially because I have three young children under the age of ten and obviously I can’t have that. They came in and told me exactly what they were going to do. They did something that was safe for my pets and my kids. They fixed the problem completely. They asked me to call them back if there was even a single problem and I see one of those bugs; I never had to call them back. I loved that they guaranteed the work they did. It was terrific. Their quality was outstanding as there were no more bugs showing up again. The price was precise, and they came right out. I do not give out high ratings that easily, but they did very well. I would use their services again.

Over the course of a week, we had seen a rat in the basement, then after setting traps, caught one rat and several mice. Not convinced the problem was gone, we called a pest control company (Green Planet, based on a combination of Yelp and Angie's List reviews). Todd from Green Planet asked about our rodent (mice & rat) problem, then looked around our townhouse looking for evidence of rodent activity, holes/gaps where they could have gotten in, etc. He (very thoroughly) sealed a couple holes where he found evidence of rats, and a few others that looked like they could have been used by mice. He used a combination of cement, wire mesh, and foam, depending on the surrounding building materials and the location of the hole. He also placed a few traps in our basement (we didn't want any bait/poison, since we have both a dog and a small child). Since the initial visit, we haven't seen any evidence of any more rodent activity. All in all, very satisfied with their service.

They really are great. They avoid chemicals unless they have no other option, which was really important to us. They are also very good at explaining things, following up and talking through issues and options. They are really professional and courteous, but also experts in their areas. I have been really happy with them, and feel we have gotten more than our money's worth. I'd recommend them in a heart beat.

Extremely responsive, punctual and professional. Includes an entomologist with a masters degree. Nice guys and I'd absolutely use them again. It's expensive but seemed to be in range of a couple of other places I called, although everyone prices their services differently

They are ultra responsive. They do exactly what they say they will come out and do. They are real easy to deal with, which is why I continue to use them.

I found this company's contact info online while searching for environment/pet friendly pest control. Initially two guys came out to the house and spoke about the different options for effective pest management. We decided to purchase a plan for the condo association which would provide pest management for the year. These guys have been great! I first have to say that it was important to us that we try "green" methods of pest control rather than going right to the "big guns" and spraying poison everywhere. This method can take longer and require more persistance initially, but with perhaps a greater reduction in pests in the end. Todd and Colin took their time doing rodent exclusion (finding and patching up holes in the building) rather than just putting poison down. If we start to notice an increase in rodent activity, they require little notice to return to the property and search for more holes to patch, or other areas to trap. Yes! They keep coming back until all the mice are gone! We have had a HUGE reduction in mouse activity and I feel confident that they are not in the house at all for the most part. Both Todd and Colin are extremely knowledgable about the cute little vermin that I'm striving to keep out of my house and always entertain my questions (whether it's about what breed of flies we have, to how many little mouse babies come in a litter, or about what products they're using to get rid of them). I plan to renew our contract this year and recommend this company wholeheartedly to the community.

The person who came out was great. They were very responsive. Everything about them was perfect. It was very easy to deal with them. I called them and they were here within 3 hours. There was one particular mouse that was an issue and they got him right out. It took a day for them to get it out. They were awesome.
