The owner and person who coordinated the visits etc were excellent - very knowledgeable and professional and took care of our ant problem. That said the first person they sent out didn’t bring the right equipment and didn’t seem as knowledgeable. Nonetheless they took care of it and did so without spraying a ton of harmful chemicals in the house which I appreciate. Thank you!

I can't speak highly enough of the work that Todd and his crew do. I had a major problem with mice and also rats. I had been working with another exterminator that couldn't get it done. Todd came with his crew and turned the house upside down and got rid of all the pests. This was months ago, and everything still looks good! No mice, no rats. I ran into another problem with the warranty of my refrigerator, which was voided due to these rodent issues. I reached out and even months after the fact, Todd took care of everything I needed! If you have a pest issue, stop reading reviews and just call them.

We had a rat infestation in our two-unit, side-by-side duplex starting in summer 2020. It took us a while to diagnose the problem, and it was more complicated because there were two different condo units to deal with. It turned out the old cast iron sewer line under the building had corroded and was therefore giving the rats open access to the building. We had to have it replaced, which was a complicated and lengthy process during the pandemic. Green Planet was excellent in helping us figure out the problem and remedy it. They sealed off the living areas from the basement and trapped while and after the sewer line was fixed until both units were completely rodent-free. Throughout the process they were responsive, easy to communicate with, holistic in their approach, and effective. Since then we haven't had any problems--not even mice, let alone rats. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to friends. We tried to handle it ourselves first and got nowhere--it's worth it to call in an expert like Green Planet.

Geat. Very honest, punctual, and quick with estimate even thought they didn't see any activity and didn't feel service was necessary immediately. Estimate was very fair and included 1 year service, checking every 4 months.

Outstanding; the technicians were knowledgeabgle, performed in a professional, no nonsense manner that was quite impressive. Definately would utilized their services again, and recommend them for others to contract with them with enthusiasm.

We saw what looked like sawdust and were concerned we had carpenter ants. Todd went outside and explained we had small ants that were not damaging our home or its structure. He was responsive, prompt, and very helpful. He did not charge for this inspection. Todd is very knowledgeable about insects, having a degree in Etymology, as explained to us. We would use him again and highly recommend this company.

Found rats just before leaving for vacation so situation was urgent. Services were prompt, punctual, professional. I was impressed with their knowledge of how the animals got in, behave, etc. Critters were trapped and discretely removed.

Very pleased with the work. They were knowledgeable, studied the house and diagnosed what needed to be done. We haven't seen any ants since they visited. I only give them a C on Punctuality because they lost our work order on the day they were originally supposed to come. When I called them about this they were very apologetic and sent over a truck almost immediately so it was not a lasting issue and I would hire them again without reservation.

Only had 2 wood roaches come inside since treatment (in several weeks) from 3-5 seen per day. I sleep better at night. Honest, professional, helpful would highly recommend.

Process went well. They closed all of the holes in both condos which drove the mice to the basement where they set some traps. Came back a couple weeks later to clear them out. Very flexible in dealing with different schedules between myself and my neighbor.

Green Planet Pest Control was easy to book and very responsive and understands the urgency of infestations. Each time 2 pest control experts came to treat so it was quick and effective. I can't thank them enough for helping me get rid of mice, lots of them in a matter of weeks.

Todd came out the day after I called. Super responsive, very punctual, and very professional. My husband and I want to use less toxic solutions where possible, and this is the approach they take. Todd limited the treatment area as much as possible, spot-treating only one spot inside the kitchen and treating a few entry points on the exterior of the house. The fee we paid included follow-up visits in case new ants emerge, but it has not been necessary to have them come back.

Brilliant! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. First, Todd came out to see if we had bedbugs. We did not. He wouldn't let me pay him. Second, many months later when we needed termite control, we scheduled the work. When Todd arrived he examined the outside perimeter of our house. There was something about the gravel around our house that made Todd's environmentally-friendly treatment approach not appropriate. Todd fully explained our other options. Again, Todd refused to be paid. I could hug Todd and I will recommend Green Plant Pest Control to everyone!

My experience with Green Planet was exceptional. Collin was very responsive, even calling on a Saturday to assure me he had received my message. They were able to address the problem that week and showed up exactly on time. Collin was knowledgeable, professional, and respectful. He identified the problem immediately and even helped me take down some vegetation around where the ants were accessing my home. I am very happy and confident with their work and would recommend them to anyone!

They have come out twice, treated the problem professionally and have promptly answered my calls. Knowledgeable and professional! We are slowly getting rid of our carpenter ant problem!

Very happy with them. They were very responsive, knew what they were doing, and made clear to us that they would come back as many times as necessary to get rid of the infestation without any additional charges. Luckily, their second visit did the trick and we haven't had any further problems.

They are very responsive, came at the times I requested. They provided information as to what they would do and what materials they would use. They use environmental and pet safe materials. I have purchased a one year contract for $400 which provides as much service as I require to get rid of the ants. They have informed me to call if I have any more problems within 2 weeks.

Green planet was extremely thorough. We haven't had a mouse since and if we do, they'll come back and fix the problem until it's gone. I hope I don't need to call them again, but I won't hesitate to call if I need to!

Friendly, knowledgeable and all-around good guy. Explained everything from where ants live, what they eat and what Green Planet uses to treat them. The fee includes full-year, return visits treatments. We've already seen a significant decrease in the number of ants in the house.

They were informative, knowledgeable, and the services that they provided seem to be exactly what they said it would be. I think the price is competitive but it might be a little high. We didn't see an ant for several weeks and they are few and far between now. I guess with the type of ants we have he has to come back a couple of times to make sure he gets the colony. The guy was courteous, polite, and he certainly knows his business.

I called to ask about a spider problem in my upstairs tenants apartment. I'm an avid indiginous species gardener, and was weary of other companies that were quick to give a price for spraying the entire exterior of my house. I called around 7pm and left a voicemail explaining my situation, not expecting to hear back until the morning. By 7:30 I received a phone call from the office manager who gave me the advice to get a dehumidifier as spraying would be both ineffective and unsafe in the apartment.

It went well. They came back once because I had a couple mice, but they fixed the problem. They were very responsive when I called.

Todd & the other exterminator, who's name is failing me, but whom I admittedly have a crush on, were so helpful. They offered insightful knowledge about the problem that was reassuring to me, were completely nonjudgemental and even complimentary about the nontraditional apartment, and took it on as a challege. I couldn't believe how willing they were to work in our tricky space - a lot of really, really hard to reach spaces were completely covered by their work. We haven't seen the monster since. I would hire them again in a second. I kind of wish I could just to talk to them ---they're that good. I found them so pleasant, accomodating, and easy to deal with and EFFECTIVE in what I presumed to be impossible. - I am an asst. property manager who works with contractors all the time, and I will be raving about them every chance i Get.
