Longo Carpet Cleaning and Restoration

Description of Work: I have used them in the past for carpet cleaning which was great. This time we used them for water extraction and basement cleaning after minor drain pipe leak. They are very professional and always do a great job!!! Would highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future.

Description of Work: They cleaned the carpet on my stairs and the carpet in one of my rooms. They did a very good job. Previously they cleaned the carpets in a home I purchased in Springfield. The carpets were very dirty and stained and probably hadn't been cleaned in years. I had my doubts that they could come clean but after the job was completed by Longo, I was most definitely surprised and extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: This is the third time we have used Longo's for carpet cleaning. Again, they responded at once to my call and set up a date within 10 days. Unfortunately, it was the day of Hurricane Sandy and power was out in both Agawam and Southampton. However, I had been called the night before and we rescheduled for a week later, so there was no problem. The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time and did an excellent job cleaning two large stuffed chairs and an ottoman, and then cleaned the carpeting in the master bedroom and family room. All spots are gone and the carpets look like new again...the chairs also look great. The technician was careful, and very thorough with his work. (Also friendly and helpful!) The cost was as agreed, and we feel we got our money's worth with Longo's. We will be using them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a quality job at a fair price.
