I sent a request via Home Advisor around 10:30p and had a response by 8am the next day. Elite was able to tackle my project that same day. The technician was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. I will use Elite again and would certainly recommend them.

Rich answered my call, went over all possible scenarios and gave me a very good idea as to the problem. He is very knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. Gave us a window for service between 11 AM to 2 PM. He showed up at 11 and was working right away. The work was exactly as he indicated and he flat rated the job. He charged the exact agreed upon amount. THE BEST appliance repair experience I've ever had. (Newer Samsung dryer repair)

Only that it should not have cost over two hundred dollars to replace a broken door latch could have ordered and replaced the latch myself

I was given a two hour window. Richard arrived within 20 minutes of the window time. Very friendly and professional. Honest about whether I should repair or replace my over the range microwave, I really appreciated his honestly. He put everything back the way it was and only charged what I was quoted. SERVICE CALL SEEMED A BIT HIGH IN PRICE, BUT I HAVEN'T NEEDED A HOME SERVICE CALL FOR ANY REASON IN OVER 40 YRS. I GUESS THE SAYING, " IT'S NOT WHAT WAS DONE BUT KNOWING WHAT TO DO" APPLYS IN THIS CASE.

Every aspect of service was excellent from scheduling, arrival, service and price

Ice maker started to leak on wooden kitchen floor, so I needed someone in a BIG hurry. Richard was on the way to another job and the customer contact person diverted him to my house. He spent 30-45 minutes diagnosing and solving the problem (replaced faulty connector valve at back bottom of refrige). Would positively hire him again!
