Knowledgeable father and son showed up to repair leaking washing machine. Unfortunately, they didn’t have correct valve with them. I offered to stop by their shop and pick up the valve. They gave me instructions as to what to do. I was able to install the valve myself saving another visit from the team.

Be careful and make sure you get a warranty period of at least a couple of months.

They do charge 98.00 just to come out and it is NOT deducted if you choose to fix your appliance. I wish if you did choose service that day they gave you that as credit towards your bill. But fast , timely service from a company who knows what they are doing.

I liked working with Elite Appliance service. I thought they were congenial and very professional. My refrigerator now seems to be in perfect working order, and of course, time will tell if this repair holds up. The only thing that we thought was over the top was the price. We paid $95 for the initial consult, and then another $615.ish for the actual repair. Hopefully, the cost will prove to be worth that price.
