Description of Work: We were having a major mouse problem. One visit from Braman and haven't seen anything since! They set bait traps in all the appropriate areas. They guarantee their work for 6 months. They did an excellent job!

Description of Work: I don't have any experience to compare this to, so while in some ways I was disappointed, I won't say they did a poor job. |We called to get rid of carpenter ants. The standard fee they quoted over the phone was about $350. Because I didn't know where the nest was, the rep who came to the house said they would spray around the roof line as well, and it would cost more; something like $485? I did not get a written estimate, but I remember it was not over $500. That was fine, but then the final bill was $526. Still, not terrible, but wish I'd gotten the quote in writing. | |My appointment was originally for 12-2 PM. They called and left a message to see if I could switch to 10-12 AM. When I called back to say it would be fine to change the time, the person who answered never passed on the message so I was stuck waiting, and missed an appointment. | |Technician who came was efficient and courteous. |Spray ended up on the outside of my windows; not sure how that could have been avoided. | |I have seen dead ants, and the job is guaranteed, so I believe they will come back if I have trouble within the year and take care of it. Still deciding if I should have them back next year. I had hoped there would be more investigation to target the actual nest/s, and some specific recommendations on what we can do to keep the ants away. I think I may try to spray myself if it's just a matter of spraying everything. | |

Description of Work: I was very impressed with the service manager Shawn Bradley. He arrived promptly and gave me all of the details to help me make an informed decision. I decided to wait and see if I actually found any bed bugs later. But may still have the dog out to inspect. I really appreciate that Shawn did not make me feel pressured to take the service but gave me accurate information. If I have any bug problems I will be working with Braman.
