+ -1 moreThe process went very well. They were able to quote a price over the phone which I thought was great and saved us from making multiple appointments. They emailed me their proposal, and we set up a date for them to complete the work. They were on time and stayed within the price they quoted. They provided us with a 90 day guarantee, which they honored, when one of the units still had a minor roach problem after the extermination. I believe the issue with the second visit to the unit was due to the tenants not having fully prepped for the extermination vs Braman's workmanship. They also provided me with a very detailed inspection report after they completed their services. A very well run and professional company.
Description of Work: We hired Braman to exterminate roaches and rodents in a 4 family rental apartment.

+ 0 moreCrew (Bill and Wyatt and Mark) was excellent and conscientious. They made 2 trips: first to close up 3 corners and leave a one-way door as an escape route for any trapped animals. Then to remove that door and patch up damage. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. I would absolutely hire them again.

The experts have deep experience and are very thorough, knowledgeable, and prompt with any and all issues - from mice to carpenter ants to wildlife like bats, squirrels, and groundhogs. My house is like a big cabin set in a little wood and it's a challenge to keep things from entering that belong outdoors. John and his team of experts respond quickly when I ask to have the traps checked between scheduled services because of something I'm hearing that is making me anxious, are invariably courteous, professional, and I feel that they want to help.

Anthony inspected the area, and even checked out our attic when I told him I heard scratching on the ceiling (thought it might be a mouse), and he determined the sawdust was carpenter ants. He explained everything about the ants, and how to get rid of them. We scheduled the appointment for him to come back to spray, and he did an excellent job.
Description of Work: We noticed some sawdust on the floor of our deck underneath a board. We suspected termites or ants. We called Braman, after reading the reviews in Angie's List, and they sent someone out a few days later.

They informed us that we had mice and MONITORED our situation through two contracts and at least five visits, I would never recommend Bramen to my worst enemy and I will never contract with Braden and JOHN again, We still have mice as of this writing,
Description of Work: We purchased a house for my daughter and 4 grandsons between 1 yr and 10 yrs old in Greenfield, Ma. Soon after moving them in we saw mice and knew we had a problem, especially with the 2 youngest always on the floor . We hirer and contracted with Berman for extermination, traps and a 6 month contract to return if needed. Under this contract, they had to return twice because we saw mice soon after there visits. When we contacted them again, my original contract had expired so I approved a SECOND contact for extermination, traps and treatment for the mice removal. Again with a 6 month return contract. Things seemed OK for about 5 months but when I needed to call them, JOHN in their Service Dept. denied we had a contract with arrogance and dismissiveness!!! His ultimately said that " he would do me a FAVOR" and agreed to send a worker - making it extremely clear that "he would never do this again" unless I agreed to a third contract! I recalled the office after reviewing my records and they confirmed I had an active contract so I guess JOHN still owes me a favor,,,

Description of Work: Needed investigation of noises in attic and evidence of mice in basement. Inspection consistent with mice causing all the issues (no bats).

+ -1 moreYellow-jackets had made a nest between the siding and the house, with a part of their nest coming into my bedroom. I called Braman and got an appointment for the following day. They were very prompt. Shawn sprayed a fogger into the hole in the house, and we watched the yellow-jackets attempt to get back into their nest, but they turned away. The next day, all of the yellow-jackets were gone and they have not returned...great job, Braman!

+ -1 moreI Asked what kind of bait they used. He said poison. He also told me we might find dead mice all around the house after they been there or we might not He really could not be sure . I told Him I was disabled and about they could come out a second time just to check for these dead mice since I was not even able to climb up a latter and go up on the attic . He said no way. You probably have dead mice lying in your house already that you have not be able to see in your walls since you already have a mice problem now. We are only coming once and you have to pick up the dead mice your self was He message !!!!! I cannot not believe people can be so rude. And do not show any sensitivity when they know the person they are talking to is disabled.
Description of Work: Had a mouse problem and spoke with a guy called Leo. He said they would come and take care of the problem for 295 Dollars. But I had to remove the DEAD MICE MY SELF where ever they might be.

+ -1 moreIf turns out I had wood beetles, not roaches. The communication between myself and the technician was good. They even helped quell my roach paranoia by indentifying a few mor insects for me through Angies list. I got my money back, since they didn't need to do treatment.

+ 0 moreI had known someone that had used them years ago and they were good. I looked at the reviews on Angie's List and that is how I picked them. In one treatment they took care of the carpenter ants. The price was fair for what they did. They came within a couple of days and notified us the name of the technician that would be showing up and he was on time. He was there when they said he would be.
