Description of Work: We had two broken locks on outside doors. I called Patriot Lock and they came the next morning, fixed both locks and gave me good advice about how to fix another problem. Very nice, helpful and efficient.

Description of Work: Very expensive and then took a lot longer than expected. Did not even check his work prior to asking for payment and it was lucky we checked that the keys worked, THEY DIDN'T. So my wife was stuck babysitting this guy most of the day. They did a boatload of work but still added in $150 in for a service fee, highway robbery. The final product was good but it should have cost a lot less in time and money.

Description of Work: We moved into a new house and had them replace all of the exterior locks. Additionally we upgraded one of the locks to a model with a numeric keypad for keyless entry.

Description of Work: They were very helpful over the phone, giving directions on how to proceed in removing the lock-set and bringing it it to them. Once there they immediately went to work on it and in less than 45 minutes the lock was repaired and lubricated. Then I got detailed instructions on putting the lock-set back in.
