A rating of an "A" is not enough to truly explain the amazing job Joe Falco did and how pleased we are. He surpassed any expectation that we had regarding how the job would come out. .Joe was extremely professional, he treated us like family. He did the porch and stairs and went above anything I ever expected a mason could do. I can not believe how amazing they look now. Joe is a true professional and takes great pride in his work. . If we need a mason again I will call Joe Falco. I recommend Joe highly if you want the job done by a true class act professional.

Joe was extremely responsive and a pleasure to talk to over the phone. I sent him pictures of the damaged area in our foundation, and he informed me that it would be a quick, painless fix. I was impressed with his responsiveness and confidence to complete the work quickly. Unbeknownst to me, my G.C. repaired the damaged (patching a hole in the foundation) area before Joe was scheduled to come. Joe was quite understanding, and glad that the work was done. I would certainly use Joe for future projects at the home. Joe's pricing was reasonable, and I would recommend him to anyone looking for masonry work. I look forward to working with him again in the future.

It was a real pleasure talking to Joe. He was very courteous and patient walking me through the repair process. I was able to send him a picture of the problem and he was able to provide honest assessment about possible solutions. Hard to find friendly and professional service like this anymore.

Falco is a very nice person and was professional. Although I was neutral about the solution, my neighbor who was with me did not believe the solution would work. He also thought the price was too high (as it was a while ago, my price estimate may not be right, but I do recall it was a bit high, but also understand masonry work is not inexpensive either). We ended up going with drainage work, not masonry work to solve issue. However, should I need masonry, I may consider calling Falco again. He did say he resolved another customer's issue that was similar to mine, but again, I ended up going with another solution.

Although we did not hire Falco Masonry, I would consider once again giving Falco Masonry another shot for any future masonry projects based solely on the interaction during the quote process.

w stairs should last Once we settled what was to be done and the price, Joe Falco was on the job within a couple of weeks, and completed the whole job, start to finish, in a little over 24 hours. I watched the new stairs being built, the job was done well and quickly. These new stairs should last for decades. Money well spent.

Joe Falco was very responsive in returning calls, providing estimates and scheduling the work. He showed up when he said he would and the work was done in less than 2 days. He cleaned up and left the job site neat. I noticed a slight residue from the cement on my brick walkway. Joe returned the next morning and cleaned it up. He was very professional and the brick work is beautiful. I would certainly use him again.

We are very pleased with the work done by Falco masonry. Our front brick stairs were severely damaged this past winter and needed to be completely replaced and our slate walkway was also in disrepair. He removed all of the old stairs and the old walkway. He built new front brick stairs and built a brick pathway to our driveway. I am very happy with his work and would recommend him to anymore that needs masonry work done.

Did not end up using Joe, as we decided to tie in the walkway and patio with some other landscaping projects we have going, but would not hesitate to call Joe again for future masonry work.

Joe Falco is a true professional and an excellent mason! I left him a message and he responded within 1 day (unheard of today). Joe came by the property, discussed all aspects of the job with me, and provided me with an immediate estimate. He and his crew showed up early each morning for 3 days, worked quickly and efficiently, and did a fantastic job that met all my requirements. It was excellent! Joe is a really nice guy and easy to work with. He was happy to come by a couple times for free consultations before starting the job because he wanted to make sure he knew exactly what we wanted. The job itself was completed in the time estimated, and we are VERY happy with how it turned out. Our front patio looks amazing now! We would hire Joe again in a heartbeat for any future masonry needs.

It was a pleasure doing business with Joe Falco and his father, Joe, from start to finish. Joe responded quickly to my call and made arrangements to come to our home within the next few days to assess our work request and give good suggestions. He found a way to save us a lot of money and preserve part of the granite steps that we love. He visited us on Friday and was able to start our work the following Monday. He and his father were always pleasant and knowledgeable. The work was done in a professional manner. They even added a sand product that will help to deter the weeds from coming up through the pavers. They did the work over a 2 day period and left us with a far better looking front entry way than we had hoped for when we were trying to envision the look we wanted. It has transformed the look of the house. We felt the price was very reasonable -2,500 for the walkway and 1,000 for the repair of stairs, wall and stoop. We feel very fortunate to have seen Falco Masonry on Angie's List and will definitely recommend them to our friends and use them again for future projects. One of our neighbors has already asked today to give her the contact information for a future job she needs done.

I contacted Joe because of his high rating on Angie's List and the reviews were excellent ones. I looked at the pictures of his work,too. Joe returned our call the day we contacted him. He set up a meeting in a short time and gave us an estimate at the first meeting. Joe could have done the job sooner, but we had company coming so we put it off a week. The wait time was very reasonable just over 2 weeks. After getting another estimate we decided to go with Joe because of his professional manner, ease of woking with , creative ideas and a very punctual person. We corresponded by email several times and phone calls too. I had many questions as this was the first time we had stone work and pavers done . It was a pleasure to have Joe and his dad work on our property. We had some stone/granite ideas in mind and Joe had some precise ideas that helped us come to an agreement on the stairs and walkways. Joe's ideas were ones that complimented our yard and home. I was uncertain about the pavers but between Joe's pictures and explanations my husband and I were able to make a decision. Joe made a trip over before he did the work to show us a sample of the paver and some of the stones. He explained the whole process thoroughly to us. Stairs - two stairs and landing. Granite stairs and Stone work on the sides of stairs and kick plate of stairs. The way Joe designed the stairs and especially the stone work made our stairs look so classy. He and his dad measure and laid the pavers down several different ways to make sure the outcome would look the best. The colors of the stones were so complimentary to the granite. Joe suggested dark pavers for walkway to compliment the granite on stairs and our light grey home. The 25 ft walkway from the driveway to the stairs has a nice curve and pattern to it. Joe uses good quality stone , granite and pavers from A. A. Will in Stoughton.Joe arrived on time everyday . He cleaned up each day and left our yard looking neat. Joe's dad, a professional mason too, worked with him daily and both men were a pleasure to have around our home. There was a bit of dust left on a small area of the landing , that didnt show up when Joe washed down the stairs with the mason wash. He came out in a few days after our conversation and emails to give it another good wash. The steps looked perfect after he rewashed. Joe wanted us to be very happy with the job and he worked diligently to make us happy . Many neighbors and family have commented on the superb job that Falco masonry did . We never had a walkway and our yard always looked nice. My sister said that the walkway was "the icing on the cake" to make our home look finished. Our light grey colonial home now has a beautiful set of stairs and remarkable walkway. This is just in time for me to put out my large pot full of Fall flowers. The Falco's are an excellent father and son team. We needed several walls in our basement/stone foundation repaired. They also examined the perimeter of the house and patched where needed. They also gave sound advice about maintenance.

He showed up when he said he would, finished the job in only two days, explained everything he would do, and then again as it was done. When he left the job, he said he would be back to wash the brick walk, which he did 4-5 days later. He cleaned up everything, leaving the yard in the condition he found it. His two workers were equally professional.
