Joe redid the porch with brick and granite, redid the walkway with pavers and removed a couple of bushes that were blocking the porch. He responded promptly to calls and texts and showed up exactly when he said he would. The work went smoothly and was completed within a week. It looks fantastic! We are thrilled with the results. On top of that, Joe is one of the nicest and most honest guys we've dealt with. I highly recommend Joe and his work.

Joe Falco was absolutely wonderful to work with. Joe came to our home and we explained what we needed done and Joe said he could remove the 3 large concrete slabs with no problem.The day Joe came to do the job, I could not believe how fast the job went. He arrived at 7:30 am and he was done at 8:05 am. Joe was a life saver because no one wanted to do the job of removing the concrete. Joe is wonderful! I'm a trustee of Fort Square Presbyterian Church, Quincy, and we noticed some of the mortar on our walls had worn away. Great job! Joe originally met me at 6:30 am on a very cold morning in March to look over / quote the job. As the weather warmed up, he was great in keeping in touch with me to let me know when he thought it would be best. Completed the job in two days. Looks great. Followed up to make sure i was satisfied. Filled a few cracks in my walk without charge. Made the entire process a pleasure!! Great service.

Joe was wonderful! He responded quickly, after talking about what I needed and sending him some pictures, he gave me a quote for the work. He outlined all the options and in trying to make a decision I realized I wasn't sure if my wall needed more work than I thought it did. I asked Joe if he would come look at it so that I could be sure we were doing a long term fix. He came over, without hesitation, reassured me that the fix for the wall was just a cosmetic one and reiterated the original quote for the work. He was able to start two days later and was done in a day and a half! He removed the walkway entirely and replaced it with gray pavers that look beautiful! He also patched a number of areas on my wall and front stairs where concrete had fallen out. He cleaned up far better than we do, threw some loom on the lawn near the edges of the walkway that had been impacted by a slight change in shape (from a curved original walkway to one with square corners). Our front entryway has been given a facelift and looks SO much better! Joe is transparent, hardworking, accessible, and an honest business man. It was a pleasure working with him. I will definitely hire him again!

Joe was great to work with. He provided estimates for a couple of projects that were on our wish list. He was very patient while I tried to figure out what we wanted and was very understanding when I changed my mind twice. In the end, we had a beautiful patio installed. His workmanship is high quality. I would use his services again anytime.

Falco Masonry did a fabulous job replacing very old brick steps in the front of our house. Joe is the complete perfectionist. He wasn't satisfied until his standards were met. Joe made a small groove in every step which allowed water to flow from the steps without harming the underlying supporting bricks. The bricks were then covered with a lovely gray granite. Joe is super. He answered all calls, arrived exactly on time, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I highly recommend Joe Falco. We will ask him to return for the back stairs. An added plus, he's so nice!

Joe was super reponsive and easy to work with. Called me back in less and 4 hours upon my initial voice message. We exchanged photos and texts that night, and at 7 AM the following morning he had the new piece of granite and by 8AM it was installed.

Joe was great! He responded promptly to my initial inquiry. I sent him photos and he immediately knew what the problem was. What I liked the most is that he told us that we could save money and not hire him and do it ourselves. He gave us detailed instructions on how to do it ourselves. I was impressed that he was willing to do that and not just take our money. In the end though, we were not sure we had the time to do it nor the ability. So, he came by in person to take a look and give us a quote. I had other people give me quotes too and his was by far the cheapest - and he was the only one who suggested we could do it ourselves. He said he could do it at the end of the following week. And, right on schedule, he showed up & promptly fixed the stairs. He leveled the stairs & poured concrete support and they're as good as new. I will definitely call him for any future masonry projects.

Excellent! We are new to living in a stucco house and were unsure if some of the cracks in the outside walls and foundation should be cause for concern. Joe came by and took a look at the house. He explained that the cracks were not large enough to be a concern and not a sign of any structural issues. He said it would be a waste of our money to hire anyone for this service. We appreciate his honesty and candor. We will not hesitate to reach out to Joe for future masonry work.

He is very good with communications, email, telephone and on site.. He has a very positive attitude and a hard worker. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work. Joe was very prompt, professional, courteous. He informed me if I needed any other types of work done he knows alot of people and can recommend someone. He also killed a wasp nest I had above the front door that I didn't know about.

I contacted Joe via email about installing a patio in our yard over Memorial Day weekend. He contacted me right away by phone and scheduled an appointment to stop by our house the next Saturday. We had decided to buy stone from my brother's company so we already knew what we wanted to have installed and Joe went over the pros and cons of what we picked out. Joe was ready to start within a week, but we had to wait for the stone arrive. The stone came on a Friday and he started the next Tuesday, completing the job by Friday (4 days). We had one issue with a drain pipe that washed away some of the sand underneath one stone in the corner which caused it to sink. I fixed the draining issue and Joe came back to repair the patio the day I sent him an email. The patio was finished within 3 weeks of contacting him, 2 weeks of which we spent waiting for the stone to arrive. I would hire him again. Very personable and knowledgeable.
