The estimate was very professional and they priced out a couple different options for us. He was right on-time for the appointment.

It was reasonably priced comparatively speaking.

We wish everyone was as talented and professional as Joe Falco. I called Joe for an estimate and we agreed to a Wednesday. Joe called on Tuesday a day early and said he had some time to come over if we were available. We were not available so he came out on Wednesday at the exact time he said, to the minute. We got our estimate on the spot. He called back to say he thought he might be able to save us some money and asked if he could come back with his Father. Joe Jr and Joe Sr were out the next morning at 7:00am and saved us $300.00 off the original estimate. Joe said he would start the job in 1 week due to weather. Joe was here on the exact date and started work at 7:00am. The walkway is AMAZING! He is a true craftsman! We could not possibly be happier with the quality of his work. We are planning on having him come back out for our front walkway and retaining wall. He is the most honest and hard working person I have ever met. Thank you Joe Jr and Joe Sr. I truly wish I could give a higher rating than A!

He did a good job. He is not licensed for chimneys, but he did a good job. We had a little trouble with the town chimney inspector because he is not licensed. I thought the price he charged was fair. I thought they were very good, very careful, and very diligent. I would actually hire him again, but for work that doesn't require a license.

I wasnt sure how the job would turn out, but the older gentleman came up with a nice idea and fixed the steps, as well as the railing that was loose. All in all, although a short term fix, I was very happy. Yes, I would recommend them to others.

Work went very well. Joe was very responsive from the first email I sent requesting a quote. He provided a very competitive quote and explained what he would do in a timely manner. Was quick to come view the job. Provided a reasonable estimate of when the job would be started and provided email updates to notify us of any delays and then to confirm the start day. He and his crew (father and brother) arrived on the date promised and on time and completed the largest part of the work in two days. They also cleaned up all the debris as they went and never left any trash or debris behind. Joe's dad came on the fourth day to reinstall the railings after the cement dried, and Joe indicated he would come by the following weekend to check if the pavers needed some extra filling (it had been raining so this could not be done sooner due to the weather). They also filled in some cracks between the bricks in two of our windows for no extra charge. I was very impressed by the level of responsiveness, the quality of the work, their attention to detail, and the pride the family takes in their work. They did a beautiful, high quality job with our steps. We would definitely recommend them and hire them again for future projects.

Work went very well. Job was agreed to on a Monday, begun on Wednesday and finished on the following Tuesday , August 6, 2013. Due to the age of the house, built in 1964, removal of the existing slab-based walkway,was a difficult task. It was performed very professionally and the artistry of the crew inspired confidence in the entire work process. Throughout the job the crew kept the site neat and tidy. All debris was removed as it accumulated. There was no residual mess left behind. The final result was excellent. We would certainly hire the Falco company again and recommend them to our neighbors.

The experience went well. The initial response was fast. Coming to view the job was fast. Was available to do the job in a good time frame for me. Did a lot of small pieces of work without asking so that everything would look nice almost as if it was their home.

Joe and his father responded for my request for a quote. They were honest and told us the stairs were so damaged they were not worth fixing as they would not last long term. We had another mason tell us the same thing the day before. Their quote was beyond competitive and within our budget. The quality was excellent and they even gave our stairs a new look replacing brick with stone. We are thrilled at the end result - the house is now outshined by the stairs! They gave us a realistic time for when they could come but were able to come earlier than that and the job was done in a day! We would definitely recommend them and would most definitely use them again ourselves.

Absolutely satisfied with the entire experience. Great quality service in that they came out for the job overview and estimate right away, started the job when they said they would and stuck to their estimate. There was no skimping on the base products that will ensure that the patio and walkway last! I was here every step of the way and watched three generations of men endure 90 degree temperatures, and rain. This is the work ethic you don't see much anymore and makes this company stand out above the rest--good old fashion quality work. Everything looks beautiful - beyond my expectations!

I called Joe on a Tuesday to see if he could swing by our new house to give us a quote on what it would take to re-brick two, 200 year old fireplaces. We scheduled at time for 11am Saturday, and he was there at 11am on Saturday. Joe took a very thorough look at the fireplaces and up the flues and provided a few options and a ballpark cost to demolish and re-brick, but wanted to think about the best way to demo the fireplaces considering their age. We had already had the chimneys inspected and were told that the interior of the flues needs repair in order to use them, so Joe took this into consideration. After thinking about it, Joe called me and very honestly informed me of his opinion that demo'ing the bricks in the fireplace could very well cause damage up the chimney, which would then require complete chimney replacement. We were planning on have the chimney repaired next year anyways so I told Joe I will call him once that is scheduled. Joe is very easy to talk to and work with and provided his price and opinions in an honest & timely manner. We're doing some exterior work in the spring (new stone driveway, new foundations for compressors, new pour concrete in the basement) and I will absolutely ask Joe to quote this work. I have full faith he'll do any of these projects very well.

They were helpful in advising us about style and affordable choices. They came when they said they would, they cleaned up, and made a clear schedule of when they expected the payments for the work completed. They were a pleasure to work with and we are extremely happy with the work they did.

Mr. Falco gave us an estimate on site and told us of his availability.They were accurate, explained what they would do, and kept us informed of the time frame. The wall looks wonderful and the job was well done, from beginning to end. Would highly recommend them.
