Description of Work: I needed to replace a panel on my garage door. I called multiple times anf spoke to receptionist about availability of the item. She gave me a cell phone number to text pictures of the door, make and model to check availability for ordering. No response. After 2 attempts with no reply I decided not to use this company.

Description of Work: Fixed broken garage door (changed broken spring). Repair was a late afternoon call before a weekend. While the repairman came very quickly and finished the job quickly, he seemed a little peeved because apparently he was supposed to go to another job.

Description of Work: Replaced torsion springs. They were here and finished by noon, the same morning I called. Their price seemed a little high when compared to other peoples experiences with other companies. I was just happy to have gotten them to come out the same day. I used Overhead Door Co. several years ago to replace a whole door and they were very responsive and professional then
