Description of Work: I was prepared to do business with this company but after an initial response that I would be called shortly I heard nothing. I left two more messages but days later I still had not been contacted. This may be a great company and do really good work but I will never know. NOT a good way to do business. FYI--the 2nd company I contacted got back to me immediately and has already done the work. The dsy after, I hadamessage --finally--from Attaboy apologizing, that he had been swamped. It would have been helpful to know that from the beginning so I did not lose valuable days waiting for a reply.

Description of Work: Removal of old tankless water heater and installation of new one. Including new correct ventilation pipes and a relief valve to the exterior of my house, plus a new and correct direct line to my natural gas line. All was done according to verbal agreement and all debris was cleaned up, everything was left in a very neat way. The new tankless water heater works perfectly! All of the work took less than a day.

+ -1 moreWe were out of town. My son discovered wet floors in our toilet area and the carpet in the master closet. Sam came to our house on Sunday and searched for any slab or water heater leaks. None were found. He suggested that we contact the town and see if they had experienced any problem with the lift station that is behind our house that would have caused water to back up into these areas. I will definitely call attaboy plumbing again due to their professionalism, speedy service, and helpfulness.
Description of Work: Searched slab, attic, and outside for leak. Gave suggestions of what could have caused the flooding in the toilet area and what we could do to prevent this from happening again. Very professional, helpful, and kind.

Description of Work: They removed an old shower door set (two doors and frame) and installed a new set (two doors and frame). They took about 2 1/2 hours, less time than i thought it would take! The job was excellently done, and everything was cleaned up after the work was completed.

+ -1 moreA tree service broke part of an irrigation system when removing a large tree, leaving a timer and pipe exposed. This resulted in my having to have water service to my home cut off. I called AttaBoy and asked that they call me when they arrived on the property as I was at work. I explained that the irrigation timer was exposed, as well as the pipe. They did not call when they arrived on site, but called after completeing the job (I had asked for an estimate). The work was quite unartistic, consisting of a pipe extension poking up out of the ground - clearly a quick patch job. Although quite polite, the technician called after leaving the property to tell me two things: First that he was not qualified to deal with the electrical component of the sprinkler head (? - I mean I told him there was a sprinkler head involved when I initially phoned!), and second to tell me where he left the $200 invoice. The job looks AWFUL, my problem is not solved, and I'm going to have to hire another plumber to redo this job.
Description of Work: They plugged an exposed irrigation pipe, instead of fixing the problem.
