Efficient, professional, and friendly. Leak repair was timely and price was reasonable. Called approximately one hour ahead to verify their arrival time. can think of nothing to further improve this experience -- excellent.

All went without a problem. Work was performed in a workmanship manner. The amount charged was what was initially agreed to. A minor complaint was that they arrive 2 hrs early and didn't call first.

Guy that came could hardly speak English. I told him the problem was a plugged 4 inch line. All he did was stick a water hose down the line clearing some mud from the line. The line is still partially plugged

I called Attaboy Plumbing Tuesday and told Mark Judd that the temperature in the shower at my elderly mom's house was fluctuating dangerously. Mark said he'd come out Wednesday morning. He didn't show up and didn't call me. Strike one. I called him late Wednesday afternoon; he apologized and said he'd come out Thursday morning. Again, he didn't show up and didn't call me. Strike two. I called and got Sam this time; he said he'd talk to Mark and call me back. Two hours later, Mark called me and said he wouldn't be able to get to it until "next week, maybe." Strike three. You're out, "Attaboy."

We've gone through so many flakes with our rental units, and with our home. Attaboy has earned a permanent place in our address book of proven, trusted vendors. I contacted this company initially back in November. I called twice to try and get someone to come out and take a look and give me a quote. I believe the first time I called was Thanksgiving week and I did tell them it wasn't an emergency and to just let me know when we could schedule an appointment. That never happened...never called me back. So, I typically wouldn't call a company like this again but because they had so many positive reviews on Angie's List, I decided to give them another try. So earlier this year, I called and scheduled an appointment. The guy shows up on time and gives me some verbal estimates and says he will send me the quote. Two weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call to follow up. The guy answering the phone tells me he is going to look into it and get back with me....and he never called me back. That was probably 2 months ago. So needless to say, I have given them ample time and opportunity. I am really disappointed, I had higher expectations - I had to take off work to meet them for a quote and really I got nothing in return....not even the courtesy of just telling me they aren't interested in my business.

see above re: details of service performed. Problem resolved. I called in my problem around 1 pm and by 2:30pm the same day, two workers had arrived, fixed the problem and left. Workers were very professional, and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. I also got to use 10% off Angie's coupon. Regular price would have been $155 As to price, this charge seems to be the going rate for this type of service.

Scheduled an appointment on Thursday to meet at 2:00 on Monday, and they never showed up or called.

They worked efficiently and got the job done quickly. They were able to uninstall a faucet that another plumber had trouble with and did it without any issues. They came out quickly and we're extremely professional. I'd happily hire them again.

I used Attaboy Plumbing. They came a couple of months ago. I thought the price was high. They were only here for about ten minutes.

Bathtub in spare bedroom was blocked due to construction works rinsing flooring tools in bathtub. They attempted to remove the solid plug with drilling instruments but were unable. They had to reach the trap by going through the foundation and wall in the garage. They removed and replaced the trap and replaced damaged pipes. All work was performed in an efficient and professional manner. We had received a quote from another Angie's list plumber for over $5000 for the same work except they was going to remove the bathtub requiring tile replacement and sheet rock replacement. The workers from Attaboy were very knowledgeable and took on extra manual labor in order to save us money!

I called the provider late in the week of August 17, 2015. Since this was not an urgent call (we needed a garbage disposal installed and our new refrigerator hooked up to an old water line), the man I spoke with (the owner?) and I agreed to have someone (Steve) come out to the house the following Monday morning. Monday morning came and went, and no one showed up or called. I called him back Tuesday, and he said he would have someone (Jose) come out Wednesday morning. I told him I had to leave the house no later than 11:30A (meaning the worker would have to come early enough to be done by 11:30A). Wednesday morning, Jose finally called at 11:00A--clearly not enough time to do what we needed done. I called the owner back Wednesday afternoon, and he gave me the name and direct number to another worker, Mark. I called Mark, and we settled on Friday afternoon, and if he was busy, he would come Monday. And once again, Friday and Monday came and went, and no one showed up, and no one called. Four phone calls, three workers, zero work done.

This was for rental property we own. We've used two other plumbing services before and were not happy with the service we received. AttaBoy told us they'd be out right away, specifically because it was rental property and they try to help out landlords. That was amazing! The person who showed up was very nice, knowledgable, skilled, and got right to work. No idle chatter, no BS, no wasting time. And was very pleasant as a person the whole time. Got the work done quickly, cleanly, and professionally. I was very much impressed. We at Balser Properties, LLC are extremely happy with AttaBoy. When we find a vendor we are happy with, we keep them on our contact list forever, and AttaBoy is going to be doing all of our plumbing work from now one. Very, very satisfied.

The response to my phone call was very prompt and they were able to schedule me within a few hours. The technicians were very professional and courteous. I was completely satisfied with the work done as well as the customer service.

I had a shower diverter knob that wouldn't fully divert. I tried to repair it myself and ended up fouling up the nut on the valve. I spoke to Attaboy and sent them a picture of the valve so they could try to match it up and bring a replacement with them. They came to my house a couple days later (it wasn't an emergency or rush on our part) and pulled the old valve. Turns out they hadn't been able to match it from the photo so they had to order a replacement. Replacement valve was installed two days later and it all works great. I'm very happy with the service they provided. It was an expensive fix but their fees were pretty much average for this repair because I called around and got multiple quotes. I'll be using them again in the future for my plumbing needs.
