I was having trouble replacing two faucets in the hall bathroom at my rent house. I called Attaboy in the morning and they took all of my information down. They were very thorough and courteous on the phone. That afternoon they called me back to let me know they could meet me at the house. They showed up on time and knocked the job out very quickly, so I was able to get back to work. They did a great job and were very friendly. I would definitely call them again.

Hard blockage to clear but got it done. Came up with solution to fix problem.

I hired a licensed plumber to do a bathroom update. In the middle of the project he announced he was going on vacation for a week. In a panic I called attaboy plumbing because the tile and granite contractors could not proceed with out a tub in place. They sent someone out the same day assessed what I needed and took care of what I needed to move my project forward. I am so grateful for their quick response and professional expertise.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. They even took the time to hose off my driveway where they had been working to clean off the dirt and mud. I will definitely use their services in the future.

The price was very fair, the plumber was professional and courteous, and they were spot on time. I couldn't have asked for much more.

On Thanksgiving Day our kitchen sink drain got clogged and backed up. I called several plumbers the next morning and had a very hard time finding anyone that would come do the job without charging a huge surcharge. They said they were charging extra because it was a holiday, but I personally don't consider the Friday after Thanksgiving to be a holiday. I contacted Attaboy Plumbing and they sent a man out very promptly and did not charge me extra. Sam was very helpful and explained the extent of the problem and what needed to be done to correct it. I definitely recommend Attaboy Plumbing!

First of all he said he didn't service this far out of his service area. However, After talking with both my husband and I he gave us several suggestions on what it could be. He agreed to come out and help us. We had a really bad blockage in a pipeline that he was the first to discover. Since we have bought this house we were told by previous owners there was only one clean out. We thought there was only one main line that tied to city sewage. He brought technical equipment & dug to find pipe that fed to this line that showed severe blockage. He stayed and tested all areas that were effected. He was very knowledgeable, professional and showed up as promised. We are really impressed and will use them again as well as recommend them to friends & family.

Everything went well. They told me that there was a job before mine. When they were about 25 minutes away, they called. No time was wasted. They went to work immediately and were professional. I used my 10% off coupon from Angie's List.

Replaced toilet. Fixed leak. I have used Attaboy in the past and will continue to use them. And i have recommended them to frienda. Fast and professional service.

They were very responsive. He explained the pros and cons of using a tankless heater versus a regular heater for my particular installation. I was not sure about timing of replacement and he asked me to take pictures. I sent them to him and he explained what was critical and what was not. He also provided info on different makes and models of heaters. When I change out the heaters I will use them.

I have no complaints. Mark and his colleagues are very down-to-earth about the work, the price, and the time involved; they don't use scare tactics or ridiculous after-hours charges; and are friendly even with our cats. :) All the work has been solid and held up, and when once we had a leak after he'd been in to do some work on the sink, he came back right away and fixed it at no charge. He'll also explain the work he's doing without making you feel like an idiot. So happy we found this company.

It went absolutely perfect and great. I called them at approx. 10:00 a.m. Told them the problem which was that water would spray in my tank about every 30 seconds. This was caused by my flap at the end of the flush chain not sealing. He told me that he was working but said that when he was headed back out to Zachary (where his shop is) he would call me and let me know that he could stop by my residence and fix my commode problem. Approximately 3:00 P.M. he called me at work and said he could come by and take care of the problem. He was there in 20 minutes, assessed the problem, had the parts on his truck, and took care of everything. Very, Very professional, knowledgeable, efficient. His truck was one of the nicest trucks to assist him. Its not a pick-up truck. Its a real professional commercial truck with an array of parts and materials that I think he probably has everything he would need. I have used other plumbing businesses along through the years and was never satisfied. I will always use "ATTABOY" Plumbing. The owner is Sam Plaisance, young, approx. 30-35. I'm in my sixties so ATTABOY will be around a lot longer than me, so I'll probably be able to use them w/o worrying about the business retiring. I have never had such a good, easy, smooth, competent experience with service personnel before. NEVER!!! i am so pleased with ATTABOY Plumbing. I feel fortunate to have stumbled across them. I found them just by looking over the list of available providers. You will be very pleased with the service ATTABOY provides.

We had a "hot water heater emergency" in our attic in the middle of the night with water squirting out (missing the pan) and partially collapsing the ceiling in our upstairs hallway. I started calling plumbers early the next morning and Attaboy was willing to fit me into their schedule that day (Labor Day weekend was approaching and we could not live without hot water for that long). Sam took the time to call around and find a replacement for the 80 gallon unit. When his men arrived with the new hot water heater, they discovered that they would have to cut a larger hole in the ceiling to get the old unit out and new unit in, as the attic stairs were too narrow. They found that the leak was due to a failed heating element and we elected to replace the heating elements and thermostats instead of replacing the entire hot water heater, as the unit was not that old and otherwise appeared to be in good condition. This cost approx. $1,000 less than the original estimate and saved us from cutting the larger hole in the ceiling. I appreciated Attaboy's efforts for a first-time customer and will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Although Mark had a full schedule for the day he pulled one of his plumbers from a job to get my toilet installed the day I called. The job was done professionally, timely and most importantly to my wife's satisfaction.

Two plumbers arrived within one hour of my call to unclog an old toilet. They have all the qualities you want from a plumber in your home. Each of the men was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about the job at hand. The toilet was cleaned out and then tested several times to make sure it was going to continue to work. He provided advice on how to handle a clogged toilet if this happens again. As he was leaving, he offered me box of gloves to use when cleaning up the nasty water on the floor. I really was impressed with quick service and a professional manner of both plumbers. I will use this company again when I fix the sulphur smell in my water heater. Reasonable price for that too!

I have used them several times over the last year and a half to two years and they are excellent. When they say they are coming at a certain time, they get here and every time my problem has been resolved, right then. They have never had to come back for the same problem. They are very reasonable and I would call them again. All of their plumbers are very polite, very professional and I never feel uncomfortable with them around. They are very clean, neat and personable. I would soon call them for another project coming up in my bathroom.

When I first contacted this company it took 2 days for my message to be returned we they called back the guy was unprofessional and seem to not really want to talk about the problems I was having. I scheduled anyway, because the were to referred to me by my father. His co worker was dating this guy. So, he said he would have his leak finder person call. The young guy called me back around a week later and only because I call the first guy again. I did They did show up on time and took about 30 mins to find the leak and fix it. He asked for payment and I reminded his about the showers. As we walked to the shower, he told me that those kind of leaks are common in a cheap house like mines. I was very insulted by the comment, because I dont live in an estate but I have a manufactured home and it is very well kept, but even if it wasn't it was his place to make that comment. Anyway, he took a look at the shower and me he thinks he knows whats wrong but he had to order the part. I paid him around 400 dollars for that 30 mins of work which took 2 clamps. He said he would call me after he got the part so he could put it on. I got the call about a month later he said he was waiting on the part and to this day; almost a year later, I guess he is still waiting because he hasnt called yet and I will not call them again.

Called them on a Friday morning, and they were able to come an hour later. They fixed all three problems quickly. Very nice and professional. I will use them again.

Attaboy Plumbing were very thorough and they talked to me about and explained everything they were doing. They came when they told me they would be there, they came at that time, or if they were going to be late they called. Their price and quality were excellent.

They came when they said they were going to come, told us what they were doing and did not leave a mess. The price was quoted before the work was done. They communicated well and were considerate of my house when they were here.

He recommended a specific brand and then installed it at the agreed upon time. Very pleasant service and cleaned up so that there was noting for me to do. after they left.

It's the morning of Christmas Eve. Turkey is in the fridge and all sorts of goodies are waiting to be baked. Our adult daughter who lives in London is coming home for our first Christmas together in three years. And of all days in the year, our hot water heater chooses this one to go out! Ice water doesn't wash tired travelers or dirty cooking utensils very well. Our best Christmas present this year was the plumber who saved the day. Santa Claus does exist, in the form of Sam and his assistant who, though they'd rather have been at home with their families, came to save Christmas for my family. Sam didn't actually come down our chimney, but he spent a couple of hours crawling around in our attic, and that's close enough! Sam's Attaboy Plumbing didn't hesitate to respond to my call. And I'd never dealt with him before. You may be sure I shall be dealing with him in the future.
