Description of Work: I have used John in the past and had great service from him. He also gives great advise and or suggestions. Good guy!

Description of Work: Fixed two broken clothes dryers, one of which needed extensive repair. Excellent work on both. I'd use Mr. Thibodeaux again in a minute!

Description of Work: Mr Thibodeaux repaired a leak in my refrigerator's freezer compartment. While he was here, I had him replace a cover to the pullout drawer (I had parts already) in my refrigerator and clean the clothes dryer vent to outside. He was okay with the added requests and performed them well.

Description of Work: Ice maker wasn't working. Came the first time changed filter and checked lines. Charged service call. Had to come back within a week and changed ice maker. Charged another service call plus part. Felt it was kind of high but he was very professional and punctual. Would use him again.

Description of Work: Excellent response, service and very professional. This was the first time I've used Angie's List and the first time I've used Mr. John Thibodeaux. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will call him first for any future needs.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on repairs. |Calling around for a Free Estimate on refrigerator repair Mr Thibodeaux agreed to do so on Monday. Once he arrived and looked at the unit he advised that the cost of the work would justify buying a new unit. |He presented us with a bill, so I reminded him of the telephone conversation, to which he sighted a misunderstanding. When I noticed him wearing a hearing aid, I felt bad and offer to pay the invoice, but responded like a gentleman and declined payment. |He was very professional all the way and I would use him again and/or refer him to friends and family.

Description of Work: changed computer board. Did forget apt scheduled yesterday but came out first thing today and finished the job. I will use him in the future.

Description of Work: Mr. John is great! He was at my house within an hour and had the part in his truck. In less than the amount of time it would have taken me to go to the laundry mat he had my dryer fixed!! I will definitely use him again.
