 + -1 moreMr. John check every possible reason for dyer not starting. Stayed about an hour and half. Found that the buttons on front for settings and start have gone bad. Called to check on replacement part, but because dryer is 12 years old the part is unavailable. Mr. John went above and beyond and only charged for driving out from Youngsville to Carencro and diagnosis; extremely reasonable pricing. I appreciate his customer service and everything he did to try to save our dryer.

Description of Work: Have older model fridge on back patio. Just stopped working all of a sudden. Rather than buy a whole new unit, we wanted to see if it could be fixed. It was an easy repair, Relay Switch had to be replaced - Back up and running in no time.

He was called at 9:00 A.M. on a Thursday morning and he was at our home at 11:00 A.M. The problem was fixed promptly and his prices were more than fair. Our appliance is still working properly and we would definitely refer him to others!

 + -1 moreOur electric clothing dryer electric dryer was not working and we called John to come out to fix it. He did a great job and charged a very fair amount. I will definitely call him again if/when an appliance go down. John checked the dryer and all the lines running to the dryer. He corrected the problem within one hour and cleaned everything before leaving, best repair man I have ever had do work for me.
Description of Work: John was called out to fix our electric clothing dryer. He was on time and called to let us know he was running 10 minutes late. No estimate was asked for, the cost was very reasonable.

His professionalism showed when he had the part to fix the dryer. Problem with Samsung appliance is parts availablity. I will use John for any other appliance I have that need repair.

 + -1 moreI called Mr. Thibodeaux on Friday afternoon and he asked if someone would be home the following Monday and I told him we would so we set a time and he showed up promptly but called first to assure the time was ok. He was at my home a short time and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and said he would return the next day with new part and install it. He returned the next day and fixed my oven! He was extremely professional and courteous and I would definitely call him again!

Description of Work: John Thibodeaux was the second A-rated appliance repair place I called after the first one advised they worked only half-days. Mr. Thibodeaux personally called me back within the hour, even though it was after 5pm. He asked me to describe exactly what was the happening with my washing machine, and since I had followed YouTube instructions and had already eliminated a bad belt as the possible cause, he was able to diagnose that my motor was shot and would have to be replaced. The expense was going to cost more than my extra-cheap washer had cost to buy 6 years ago, and he also advised me to stay away from GE for my next machine. All in all, he saved me a passel of money and put me on the right path. Very professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
