Very professional all around. If I need roof work done Strahan is doing it.

Shane and Stephanie are top-notch professonials. The job took 1 1/2 days. His crew arrived early, was very curteous, worked steady and did not use any profanity. They -installed the GAF Timberline architectural lifetime shingles. -put starter strips on the eaves and rakes rather than just cutting regular shingle strips. -put 6 nails in each shingle strip. -put 3 ft. wide leak barriers in the valleys which provides 100% waterproofing. -put large tarps over flower beds and the deck so that the old shingles would not damage anything. -at the end of the day, neatly stacked the heavy materials to one side of our driveway and bulky items such as ladders were stacked behind the house. Which was fine with us; this did not pose any problems. -ran the nail magnet each day. -painted the turbines and stand pipes to match the shingles. -answered any questions in a very professional manner. At the end of each day the crew thoroughly cleaned up everything, swept up the cinders and used a blower to make sure they got all the cinders. We recommended Strahan roofing to our next door neighbor. He contracted with them and started his roof after finishing ours.

Strahan's crew arrived early, removed the old roof and installed the new shingles, drip edge, and turbines that day. They were short one package of shingles and came back two days later to finish. They did an excellent job with hauling away the old shingles and everyone was very courteous. My only criticism with them, and the reason they earned an overall B instead of an A, is that it can be very difficult to get in touch with them and to arrange a job. They had been very busy all year all over the state, and we had trouble getting a quote from them and getting them to return our calls. Once you do get something set up with them, they do a very good job for a fair price.

The project was 10 business days, and the owner supervised removal of old shingles, and new tile alignment on a daily basis. The team was considerate of our privacy and informed us of planned location and start times each day so we could better prepare. Mr. Strahan is very fair, and I recommend his service highly, including our neighbors.

The job went very well from start to finish. We were very impressed with all aspects of the job. Shane and his crew were thorough, professional, prompt, and they did the whole job in just 2 days.

The clean up job that they did was great. I had so many leaves on the ground that they raked out about 10-15 feet around the house. They ran the magnet and also put the raked leaves in the garbage pile. We didn't even ask them to, and they went the extra mile. If I needed to let my dogs out, he would tell the guys to stay out of the backyard for that time. They were animal lovers as well. I met the owner and his wife who were so personable. They made you feel very comfortable. He even let me videotape/photograph his work, because he was so confident. It was an excellent experience.

GREAT JOB! Strahan went over and beyond to make everything right. The metal ordered was not correct from the factory and Shane was on the phone calling them to get the correct metal cuts. He could have "made it work" but it would not have been to his standards. He ordered the new metal and did the job correctly. The last day on the job, he was up on the roof after dark (with spotlights shining) wiping down all the dust and grime on the entire roof. He cleaned the entire roof with Simple Green. It smelled so nice and looks great. We need gutters and siding for our house. We want to use him for that, too. Great workmanship, good workers, clean up after the day is done, did not worry about workers being at the house while we were away. We would hire him for another job!

EXCELLENT!! I had a 2 day old newborn at home and they were as quiet as u can possibly be doing a re-roof. Finished the entire job sooner than expected. All the workers were very professional. And was the well worth the price. The owner Shane even let us use his trailer so we could put the toren off shingles in to haul off (we tore the shingles off to save money!) and let us use a magnet to pick up any stray nails for the next few days! I would def. recommend!!
