I was very impressed. With not being from this area, I relied on Angie's list to put me on someone with good reviews. I called the Drain Surgeon at 3:30pm and the lady asked if i needed someone out that day. I was floored, I thought it would be at least 24 hours, within 35 minutes Mike called me back stating he was in my neighborhood and could come by. I met him at my house and withing 20 minutes he snaked my drain and the clogged drain was free. To top it off, I could not believe it only cost me 90 bucks. He was courteous, timely, and efficient. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Thank you Drain Surgeon for making a bad day better!

Everything went very well. Appointment was kept and the estimate for the job was spot on. Drain Surgeon's professionalism and attentiveness was well appreciated and I will be giving them more business and great word of mouth in the future. I chose them by researching Angie's List.

It went very well. Joe was the plumber that Drain Surgeon sent. When he arrive I explained how we detected the leak and then show him where the water was visible. He assessed the situation and then proceed to explain what he recommended we do to find the leak in the wall. He had to cut a hole about 12'" long and about 4" wide in the back of the vanity out and then had me turn on the water. We had the right area but were to low to see the leak. We then cut a hole about 4" wide and about 6" long. Then we turned the water on again and actually saw the where the water was leaking. Luck would have it that the leak ended up being about 2 or 3" below the top of the vanity which forced us to have to rip out the vanity. Joe got the vanity out and replace about 2 ft of copper tubing in about 2 hours. He was very professional and very nice. If I ever need a plumber again Drain Surgeon will be the company I call. thanks Chris

Based on the other reviews, I called the Drain Surgeon after failed attempts to fix the problem myself. I called on Mon, and they were ready to schedule my service that day, which I greatly appreciated, but asked for Wed. On Wednesday morning, they called when they were on the way and arrived soon after. The gentleman who arrived was courteous and respectful of me and my home and went straight to work on my drain and then quickly fixed my toilet. He clearly knew what he was doing, didn't waste any time and was done in a half hour. I was thrilled that the problems were not as serious as I thought and that the repairs were done quickly. I will definitely call the Drain Surgeon again for any future plumbing issues.

I can not praise them high enough. They were so quick and knew exactly what to do. They did a beautiful job and cleaned up the whole area. You can't even see the trench that they laid the pipe in. They were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, they had experience to know how to fix it. They were superb.

They did some really good work for me. I tried to get a follow up phone call and they have yet to call me back.

Called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for the following day. Patrick did the work and called before he came (this is something I appreciate in a business. Have a dog and when the people call before, that gives me time to get him put in a safe place out of the way without having to keep him cooped up in a room all day while waiting for people to arrive). Patrick was very pleasant and informative, arrived soon after he called, and went right to work. He remembered all the things I wanted checked and even remembered the back faucet I had shown him at the beginning (I had actually forgotten about it). Everything went very smoothly. I am so happy that the front leak was a simple repair , I had envisioned the worst. Best of all, I am thrilled to have my ice maker working....have owned the fridge for two years, was looking forward to not having to fill ice trays anymore, and was disappointed when I had to get an adapter to make it work , which meant that the people who delivered the fridge couldn't hook it up. I wasn't about to pay a plumbing bill just for that. So I guess the leaky pipe that began this was a blessing in disguise. Am like a kid at Christmas, looking forward to using it. Everything he did was good. Yesterday I called about my garbage disposal and he looked down my sink. My sink was shaking. Found out there were two whole potatoes down the drain in the disposal. The plumber came over and did a great job.

I was pleased with The Drain Surgeon's price. The knowledge of the issue was good. I liked the way he handled the repair - it wasn't a lot of talk, just action!

Overall it went better than I expected.

The plumber went about his task and was very efficient. He answered all my questions and had absolutely no problem with me watching him work. After he turned on the water main and tested his work, he asked if I wanted him to back-fill the hole. (Since I have two able bodies sons, I declined. The plumber was very courteous and very professional.

He was polite, clean (took off his shoes to walk on my carpet). I had an appintment 2 days after I called. I will call him the next time I need a plumber and will recommend hinm to all my friends.

I am very happy with the results. You can't really put a value on feeling safe. I was also very happy that they were willing to work with me on payment. Because the scope of work that needed to be done was more than originally quoted, the price was higher. The company was very kind in letting me take more than 30 days to pay it. I hope to use them in the future for other projects.

Mr. Gaspar Saldivar and assistant called before they arrived. They performed the services outside first and then came inside to finish up the toilet and water heater. They were very professional.

The guy that came out for The Drain Surgeon was very polite and did a good job. We discussed some other work that he's going to do in another part of the house when I'm ready and I felt that his price was reasonable. We did have a mix up and it may not have been his fault because he couldn't make it on the day he needed to come and rescheduled the next day. He got backed-up at work and that couldn't be helped.

Plumber fixed drain problem to my satisfaction at a reasonable amount of time and at a good price. I am well satisfied with the job.

They were able to come out in a reasonable time frame and the gentleman was very nice and professional. He answered all questions that we had and had no problem with having curious homeowners watching him work. Very happy with him and his work.

We had a hot water pipe leaking under the house slab between water heater closet and the kitchen sink. Plumbers had to reroute the pipe overhead and back down to the sink cabinet. Was not an easy route to take and took two guys most of the day to complete. Jeff and Patrick did a very good job which required removal of water heater, dishwasher and one wall cabinet in kitchen and replacement after running pipe. They did the work with minimal mess and very little was needed to do when they left. They were very kind, courteous and professional. Job well done Jeff and Patrick.

I called them one day and they came out the next day. They had the part to replace the thermostat. It took forty five minutes or so for them to do the job, I paid them and they went away. The price wasn't outrageous.

Our problem happened in the middle of the night,so we woke up to the sound of spraying water and a lake in the bathroom. The shut off valve at our well pump was stuck and we could not get the water turned off. I called drain Surgeon at 6:15am and they said they would have the plumber get back to me. I recieved a call back by 6:30am. Plumber informed me it would be overtime because of the early hour and tried to see if I could get water off so he could come during regular hours to save me some money. I still could not turn it off so he came right out. Within 45min, and we live out in the country. He fixed our leak, did not leave a mess, and even fixed a problem I had under my kitchen sink. He was very friendly and professional. He expalined the problems and other things that I needed to get looked at sometime in the future. I was very pleased with the work and the bill. I was expecting a much larger one! I will definately call them again for my nexxt plumbing problem.

At least 5 stories, most of which were described above. There are other good plumbing services in Slidell but we're very very pleased with Drain Surgeon.
