Excellent. They had a fairly extensive job to do re: installing new faucets in the shower. Had to remove existing 60-year old plumbing out of the wall and replace. Job was done very well.

Snake was removed, drain made to flow freely, leaks around fixtures sealed, and recommendations given to correct tile issues. Work was done quickly, pleasantly, and professionally. He unplugged it and also had to adjust it. The plumbing is on the outside of the home in a building its not with the main plumbing so it was a little crazy. The cost wasn't as much as I had thought it would be, I think it was under $300. There was just one plumber and it took him about two hours to complete the work. I graded a B overall because it wasn't a perfect fix but so far its been okay. He left the area very clean, and was the nicest part of the whole thing. He was very friendly and didn't waste time.

It is a very tight space. It is one of these like vanity room areas. It's a very tight space and they needed a certain size. It was a challenge getting in there to really get it done. Even for a weekend warrior handyman, it would have been a challenge. I think generally it is the selection of the particular commode. It was a challenging install and they did a great job with it.

He is throughly professional, very straight up recommends products and I like the products that he has recommended. He is prompt, and courteous. I love them. The price was perfectly reasonable.

It was $205 with parts and labor. They recommended quality parts. I didn't know where to go and whether it was fixable. They recommended a complete replacement and a real quality system you could tell.

Same day service! Called Drain Surgeon at 8:15 am on a Monday morning. Spoke with a very pleasant woman on the phone who seemed to understand the issue and assured me it wouldn't take long or be too expensive to repair. A plumber arrived a few hours later and the entire problem was fixed in less than an hour for about $80. Would definitely use them again.

I had broken the closet flange when removing the old toilet so I called The Drain Surgeon plumbing company and was told a plumber would be out the next day. When Marvin, a professional plumber with The Drain Surgeon company, arrived June 25th, he was extremely professional in speaking with me as I led him to where the problem was. He wasted no time in getting the problem fixed. I thought it would take a few hours, but it only took him about 20 minutes, I was floored. When I went in to check his work, it was impeccable. The old toilet used to rock side to side. He installed a new flange, stopped the rocking, grouted around the base and installed a new water line. He did all this in 20 minutes and left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. I will waste no time in calling this firm back in the future.

I live on a large corner lot and had never had the drain line serviced before and did not know where the plumbing dig out was or even where the line was located. So technician had to spend lots of time and effort locating the drain line outside. It took him almost an hour just to locate the drain line thru no fault of his own. I will certainly remember where it is now and will mark the location. He was very innovative in finding the line outside. After that, work proceeded quickly and the blockage was located and corrected. He then replaced the leaky valve and the wax seal on the downstairs toilet, replaced the toilet and cleaned up after himself. He was very efficient and professional and had a very pleasant demeanor. It was an overall very good experience and i would call them again. FYI, from time of arrival to work completion was a little over 3 hours, but no time was wasted. He was alone and did the job as efficiently and quickly as was possible.

He was on time, was reasonable, took care of the problem and she was happy with it. I looked the company for her on Angie’s List. I was using him too but he won’t come this far up for me. He told her upfront what his price was for per hour. He finished the job. He found the problem, corrected it, was there and going. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. She was very happy.

Called Drain Surgeon and they came out that day. The leaking pipe was one that wrapped around a corner. They removed the pipe that wrapped around the corner, replaced a faucet at pipe end that came out of house, and recovered it with my faucet cover for winter. Now I don't have to worry about this problem ever again. Thank you very much Drain Surgeon.
