Description of Work: 1. Found water leak under house slab. Knew how to find manifold in wall. Plugged off leaking line. |2. Found tree roots plugging toilet drain line. Removed roots, opened drain.

Description of Work: They secured a toilet that had become loose at the base, and attempted to get the toilet to flush better, but could not.

Description of Work: Needed toilet reseated and repaired. Unlike other companies who wanted to come out without giving me any idea what it would cost, DS gave me the hourly rate and usual time this job would likely take. Good job, good quality work and I will definitely use them in the future.

Description of Work: The gentleman was very nice, but was on a personal call the whole time here. I felt like the lady on the other end of the call may not let him hang up. Just my feeling... I came out because tub was not draining well. He did help with that but because out tub is old, the drain has a crap (or something like that) and it may start draining slow again. The cold facet dripped and he replace o rings in both facets. The tub facets are loose now and where not before he provided service. He did extra service at the time he was here and no complaints about that service.

Description of Work: I actually contacted this company, sight unseen, from Angie's List. I live in Georgia but wanted to pay to have the plumbing fixed in my brother's house in Slidell, LA. I was concerned about dealing with a company in another state with whom I had no knowledge. I trusted Angie's List for a company with very high marks. They were extremely cooperative to work with and very prompt. They fixed my brother's bathroom plumbing and did a great job. I was very, very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: I HAD A HOT WATER LEAK IN THE SLAB OF MY HOUSE. IT WAS A VERY STRESSFUL SITUATION AND DRAIN SURGEON WAS VERY HELPFUL AND PATIENT WITH ME. ONCE STARTED THE WORK TOOK ONLY ONE DAY AND MY HOUSE WAS LEFT CLEAN AND THE PLUMBING FIXED. I WOULD RECOMMEND DRAIN SURGEON TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A PLUMBER AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
