Description of Work: Blue Star came and did an initial bug spray at my home and then we followed up with a bi-monthly contract. They call me before they come over, they are always on time and when I need a follow up visit it is covered by my bi-monthly contract. They are helpful, they are responsive and the technician that takes care of my house is wonderful. I could not be happier with the service.....I have recommended Blue Star to friends and neighbors already and will again.

Description of Work: Originally had the termite treatment done. But now have regular treatment for bus and the yard treated for fleas ( have three dogs). Haven't had a problem since Blue Star has been on the job.

We have a contract so we don’t spend anything. Last year they did termite control. We have to do it once and it is good for 10 years. Last year we got the treatment and signed up for the 10-year contract. Overall, the experience was great. We had several companies come out and provide quote and we were drawn to them. Their prices were competitive and they seemed knowledgeable. I will use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I use Blue Star Pest Control for pest control. They came out for an annual preventative termite inspection.

We use them all the time. We know them from church. It went fine. I'm not usually here when they do it. I still see bugs around every now and then but nowhere near as much as I did before. I gave them a B on the overall experience only because I don't know enough to give them an A since I'm not here. I would use them again.
Description of Work: They sprayed for bugs on the outside. They do this about every two months.

Our Pest Control Maintenance Service provides an exterior treatment with inside service upon request and no additional cost. This is done because 85 to 90 % of all your pest problems come from outside. By performing the exterior protection every other month, there is no need to disturb our customers schedules with appointments, but at any time if the need arises we will set an appointment to perform an interior treatment at the convenience of the customer for no additional fee.
