Initial plaster job developed a few rough spots. Pool was replastered following year. Job was completed promptly . Workers performed in courteous manner. Work area was cleaned up and all loose ends taken care of. Interaction with Aqua Pool very positive, easy to work with.

Aqua pool renovations. Did a fantastic renovation to our pool. The owner was very professional and always available when we needed him.

Terry recommended a leak detection specialist who found the leak. Terry's first crew broke up cement , repaired the pvc leak and cemented the decking. They also replaced a cracked skimmer and cemented it back in the deck. The second worker replaced the old pool light with a new one. The following crew put a bonding coating so the new plaster would bond to it. The next crew tiled the entire pool with professional detail. The plastering crew worked like a well oiled machine with a bunch of guys who did an outstanding plastering job. The final gentleman installed the Polaris vac and Polaris pump. He also installed 3 high-grade skimmer valves near the pump. Terry is a very knowledgeable pool contractor who works with you within your budget. He is easy to contact and is always willing to assist you along the way. This is my second pool with Aqua Renovations and the are by far the very best.

Terry showed up on time with all of his credentials showing us he is licensed and insured and that made us feel comfortable. He explained the process to us and answered all of our questions. The replastering took only a few days to complete and was painless. We are very happy with the results and can't wait to use our pool this summer. The price was very reasonable and the quality excellent. The owner, Terry Lonatro, was very quick to respond to my initial call and any subsequent questions. They started the refinishing work the next week and had it wrapped up in 2 days, not counting 2 days lost to weather. I have a small pool and the work was being done in the winter so things may have gone quicker than could always be expected. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Terry and his team did a great job renovating our pool. The team showed up on a Thursday and my pool was being re-filled the following Tuesday. They we're prompt, keep the job site clean, and stayed on budget. If you're in the New Orleans and need your pool renovated these guys are the best!

The design and execution of the entire swimming pool build went exactly as planned and was completed BEFORE the agreed upon completion date. The design fits perfectly with the environment, and is now the centerpiece of the back yard which serves as an entertaining showpiece of our home. The owner (Terry Lonatro) has been in the pool renovation business, operating under the same company name, for a number of years and is a true pleasure to deal with. He is an expert in his field and a consummate professianal. Our complete satisfaction began with the estimate, completed by Terry himself. Rather than simply provide a cost estimate, Terry made recommendations relative to design, materials and value of options available. He assisted us in choosing the travertine, the plaster color and pool tile. Planning of the flow and phases of the work was excellent and the coordination amongst various crews was expertely handled. Every aspect of the project was completed on time and in budget. The crews were professional and knowledgeable and did their jobs well....The plasterers and the travertine tile crews were especially impressive. Most importantly, the communication and follow up from start to finish throughout the entire process was EXCELLENT. Terry responded to my every e-mail and question in a timely fashion and helped "educate" and keep us grounded in the details of the work being performed. Additionally, he visted us no less than three times and was more than willing to perform the minor "tweaks" (like resetting the travertine tiles removed during a new fence installation) that were needed after the job was completed. When I first called Aqua Pool Renovations, Terry answered the phone and scheduled a time to come to my home in Baton Rouge to look at my job. Terry arrived exactly when we planned and he provided excellent advice and various options on how our job could be done. He left a tile catalog with an excellent selection of options for the tile part of our job. Terry's visit was followed by a professional quotation and separate contracts for the different options we discussed so that my wife and I could easily adjust the scope of the job to our liking. He also provided a local reference where we could check out his company's work. When we returned the contracts, we specified a date when we wanted to start work. We received sample tiles within 2-3 days to confirm they were exactly what we wanted and the crew showed up on the specified date to begin work. There was great focus on the job and it was completed in 2-3 days. On the last day, there was a surprise rain storm when the plaster was still wet causing the surface to be less than perfect. When Terry came a few days later for payment, he inspected the pool, was not satisfied himself, and had his crew come back out to drain the pool and make it perfect. This they did and they even replaced the pool chemicals we used on the first fill! The pool looks great and we couldn't be happier with the work.

Pool was in rough shape. It had been buried for 5+ years. Terry and his team worked quickly to get us ready for open house. Worked very well with schedule and customer to provide the pool of their dreams!

Good communication throughout the process. The advice and quality of the work was great. We went with a darker plaster and the pool color is great. Love the new tile and deck with paving stones. There were a few issuess duing the process but these were resolved quickly to our satisfaction. Terry does great work.

Our pool was completed over the course of a month. Terry informed us of the schedule week by week and was quick to return our calls. He's very observant and was more than happy to give his opinions on what he thought would work for our backyard (in terms of colors and suggested landscaping). Overall, we are very happy with the work that was done on the pool and would recommend him to anyone looking to redo their pool.

No work got done...not going to chase someone who does not appear to care!

After meeting with several pool contractors we chose Aqua Pool Renovations. We felt that Terry Lonatro was by far the most knowledgable and we felt confident that the job would be done right. Mr. Lonatro did not let us down! He was always available to answer questions or concerns. His employees were professional and the work was completed on schedule. I highly recommend this company. Mr. Lonatro was a pleasure to work with.

We sole bid Terry based upon the excellent reviews he had received in Angie's LIst. Terry came out within 2 days after we called to review our ideas. He provided us with samples of all materials, then quickly supplied us with detailed estimates. Terry was very patient with us when we had trouble deciding on colors of all materials.. He had to move other jobs around us due to our delay in making decisions. He stated several times that he wanted us to be very happy with the final product which we are.

I contacted Aqua Pool Renovations after seeing good reviews on Angie's List . I spoke with Terry and he came over and diagnosed what would be needed to make our pool and patio the way we wanted . Terry , was a pleasure to work with and was very informative and knowledgeable about all facets of pools and hardscaping . He , very expeditously , supplied me with pricing and time frames of when job would be completed . I was very impressed with him and his honesty . The workers arrived on schedule and everything went according to plan . There was no overages on the bill , which was a pleasant surprise . Now we have a beautiful pool with a fantastic waterfall and gorgeous patio . I would highly recommend Aqua Pool renovations and want to thank them for my resort like backyard .

Few small problems with locating in ground piping, drawings were inaccurate. Terry got it right.
