Terry worked with us every step of the way. Even though we went off the reservation with our material Terry got us exactly what we wanted. The crew that came out and did the tile work was awesome!! They were very professional and really pleasant to be around. The quality of work was second to none. We had an small issue with our coping about 2 months after completion Terry’s crew was out here within hours to correct. Each crew that came out for our remodel was very professional. Excellent workmanship. I originally planned to re-plaster only, but decided to change both the band tile and coping tile at that time. Terry worked with me through the changes, offered good insight and recommendations on what materials to avoid and what would work best. Very happy with the service and priciing.

Terry was great to work with. We had some delays due to weather, but the job was done quickly and well.

Called and responded with suggestions about resurfacing and tile work. Ended up adding silicone to plaster mix. A week delay in final step. Also had to remind about installing the rail we purchased but paid to have install. It took several visits to bring the correct tool to install the railing. Men used to resurface were professional and knew what they were doing.

Easiest contractor I have ever worked with. I wish all our project went this well. Terry provided guidance when we asked and even coordinated with our electrical contractor.

We were very pleased with the work and communication through out the project. The pool came out just as I wanted.

From the time we signed the contract to the last tile placed, we were extremely satisfied with the work done. Terry's contractors were very professional, dependable and high quality of work. We would definitely hire Aqua Pools again. Terry also took interest in helping us with ideas to make our backyard a lot more enjoyable. His ideas with landscaping, decking, fencing, etc were awesome, and is work outside of his company business. So spending that extra time with us was impressive. It was obvious Terry loves what he does.

Aqua Pool Renovations did a great job. They were on time, they were professional and they were super kind throughout the process. I did a lot of homework before deciding who I used and Terry scored high in all areas of concern. I have already referred him to several others.

In Spring 2013 we had our large pool re-tiled and re-plastered by Aqua Pool Renovations. Sometime thereafter we noticed a small discoloration on the pool bottom and subsequently a number of other spots appeared. In fall 2016 a circular section of the bottom plaster blistered up and cracked off. We contacted Aqua Pool Renovations, whose initial response was that there was only a one year guarantee on this job, now expired. However, after an inspection they agreed to do a repair at no cost. The work has now been completed, comprising complete removal of the old plaster from the entire pool and application of new plaster. The work was done efficiently and apparently both thoroughly and well. We are very grateful to Aqua Pool Renovations and its President Terry Lonatro, and believe that due recognition is deserved for their professional attitude and performance in this re-work.

Terry and his team were great to work with. They showed up when they were supposed to and were very courteous and professional. it was all about us the customer. We had a sinking issue on one side of the pool. We had others come out and give us a price on fixing the sinking issue; which was tens of thousands of dollars. Then we discovered aqua pool renovations. We made an appointment with terry and he came out and gave us the information we needed to proceed. he was honest and said that in his professional opinion the pool had sunk as much as it was going to after so many years. He developed and came back with a plan that made sense to us and we signed on the dotted line right on the spot ;because we felt comfortable with Terry because of his honesty, professionalism and that meant the world to us. We had a bad experience with the original pool builder. Terry was very patient with us and providing the samples of tile and answered any questions we had. the renovations went smooth as silk and we never had one issue. The workers did whatever we asked and they always made sure we were pleased. They cleaned up every day and left no mess when they left. they put everything back in p-lace as if they had never been there. Our pool now looks fantastic and we could not be more pleased. we get compliments on the renovations every time our friends visit. Our yard looks amazing and we cannot thank Terry and his crew enough for making this experience a joy. I would highly recommend Aqua Pool Renovations to anyone and if i ever move and build another house there will be no one else but Terry to design and build my pool. Even after the completion of the work he has answered so many questions and he is never too busy to call you back.
