Description of Work: Terry is easy to work with, friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me an estimate and described in detail the job--resurfacing my pool which had much plaster missing and looked ugly. Upon agreement of his proposal, his crew started two days later. During the 3 day process he had between 2 and 5 men working to complete the job. They were thorough in their replastering and cleaned up. Terry met with me to give me maintenance instructions, he referred and electrician and a maintenance pool company. His two referrals were also knowledgeable and responsive. Terry instantly followed through on ensuring that I was in touch with the contacts I asked for. I strongly recommend Aqua Pool. Also, his price was 30 to 35% less than my other two quotes.

Description of Work: We were considering purchasing a home that had an above-ground pool. We needed someone to come out and give us an assessment of the condition of the pool and equipment, abd provide estimates for bith repair and removal of rhe pool and equipment.  + -1 moreAs an Engineer of some 40 plus years, I can be a pretty annoying customer.I found Mr Lonatro to be very knowledgeable and experienced in the Pool and Spa business.All of his advice and consultation during the proposal phase proved to be totally on the mark.The crews preforming the work were excellent, they were hard working, efficient and never left a mess.The crews were very considerate of the customers property and grounds.The work was completed quickly with no delays even though some untimely rain occurred during the work.Mr. Lonatro's attention to the ongoing work was excellent. I was very impressed with his follow up efforts after completion.Although Aqua is anchored in New Orleans, the service to me here in Baton Rouge was excellent.I found all the excellent New Orleans reviews are also applicable to our Baton Rouge area.Aqua Pools and Mr. Lonatro are true professionals. Try them, you will like them.My thanks for a job well done as well as a pleasant business experience.
Description of Work: Aqua Pool replastered and retiled my pool, and installed a new salt system. Mr. Terry Lonatro, inspected my pool and supplied pricing along with Louisiana contractors license, Certificate of Insurance and references.His consultation and advice during the proposal phase was excellant.

Description of Work: My entire 20 x 40 foot swimming pool was redonre which included surfacing, retiling, building a swimout and redoing the plumbing. Also, we changed over from clorine to a salt system. The entire project was complete in less then two weeks.Terry, the owner, was on the job site every day and did not require the final payment until the last of the work was done and our approval was given. .

Excellent follow-up by the contractor assured that we understood how to maintain our new system. The price was competitive and fair.The overall experience surpassed our expectations.I most highly recommend Aqua Pool Renovations.
Description of Work: Demolished and removed 630 sq.ft. reinforced concrete decking. Removed diving board and pool climb-out bars.Installed 900 sq.ft. paver decking and walkway.Replastered 17,000 gallon pool. Installed new tile, new light and bottom drain.Installed salt water system.

As the job was in process, we noted different things that we wanted to change, we were able to speak with Aqua about the changes and they were incorporated into the job without any issues. I would definitely recommend Aqua and working with Terry, the owner, is a great experience. He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and tries to do the right thing for his customers.

Aqua Pool rectified the problem and replaced the coping at their expense. the owner, Terry Loantro, was responsive to my calls and concerns and helped me with my design. The pool looks and operates beautifully and we are very pleased that we used Aqua Pool Renovations.
