He was one of only two out of six contractors who performed a load analysis when he came out to the house to give his estimate, and he handed me two quotes (one basic system, and one top-of-the-line) with model numbers and specs before he left that day. His price was absolutely the best for the premium system and 3 days later his crew was at my house before 9am and they were done by 3:30. I have absolute confidence that they did the job right, and they've already scheduled two free follow-up visits in the next year to make certain my new system works perfectly.
Description of Work: I had a whole new high-efficiency hvac system installed, replacing my 19 year old a/c, furnace, and coil.

+ -1 moreMy AC fan went out and I called Albers the next day. They sent a repairman out who was able to diagnose the problem and give me a price. I agreed to the price and he made the repair. I had done research on the internet the night before as to what the problem might be and what the price should be. The price was well within what several site suggested it should.
