Andy was very professional, punctual and very polite. His crew worked hard with just a 30 minute break for lunch. They were all very respectful. Every aspect of the job was explained. The workmanship was great. We were told the timeline to completion and it was right on time. Hopefully the need for roofing will not arise again but if it does we will definitely use this company again. Thanks Angie for the referral.

09/10/14 - left msg @ 12:05 pm requesting an estimate 09/11/14 - received a call @ 5:30 pm from Lloyd Mahl; Mr. Mahl stated he will call in the afternoon of the 14th to set an appt. 09/14/14 - Mr. Mahl did not call as promised 09/15/14 - Mr. Mahl left a msg that he was at my residence; I was not at home because he did not confirm an appt. 09/16/14 - spoke with Mr. Mahl on the phone; an appt. was rescheduled for Monday afternoon after 3 PM on 9/22. I agreed to call Mr. Mahl in the AM on 9/22 to confirm the appt. 09/22/14 - I called Mr. Mahl at 9:14 AM to confirm the appt. He did not answer. A msg was left. Mr. Mahl did not ever call or show up

Made email contact through angie's list. Provider responded within 48 hours. Set up an appointment to look at job for an estimate. Roofer Lloyd came out within two days and inspected roof...whole roof not just problem area. Two days later I was contacted with an estimate of the work. Lloyd came out the next day and fixed the problem and installed a new roof vent to replace the old non working one.

Got called very promptly and set up appt. for the next day. They came out and inspected and would get back to me for an estimate. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, it took a few days to get the estimate. They called and apologized. No problem. Got estimate 10 minutes later to do the work. They came out the next day at 8:30 and the work was complete by 1. Very professional and reasonable. Would definitely use them again.

They were great! There were no troubles with scheduling and their price was fair and reasonable. They completed some major repairs to my skylights that had been leaking. The job took about three days and the workers were very professional and top notch. I am very pleased with their job. They were excellent and I would recommend them highly.

Great from 1st call to finished job!

Andy Estain, the owner of the company was very thorough and professional. He called within a couple of business days, met me on site, and was able to provide an accurate and fair service estimate. The work was completed a couple of days later, and the nagging leak (which another roofer had been unable to fix) was repaired. It has been about a month since the work was complete, and everything seems to be fine. I highly recommend A&R roofing.

I contacted A & R roofing and got an immediate response back to my query. The contractor was very personable, provided a reasonable estimate, and was quick to set the appointment and get the job done - despite the bad weather. (Note: It's often difficult to get a contractor to do a smaller job - this definatley was not the issue with A & R.) A & R contractor was very punctual and did exactly what I needed to get done. I'd use this company again if warranted.

I bought the "big deal" for roof inspection and minor repairs with $100 credit toward other services. They came out the same day as I signed up for the deal and accommodated my schedule. "Lloyd" seemed very seasoned as a roofer and inspected every inch of my roof. I told him I had a leak, he checked all my shingles and made sure all my vents were sealed. He did not try to sell me a whole roof, but drew a diagram of my damage and told me how he could repair it so that I could get a few more years out of my roof. By 11:00 the next morning all repairs were done. He also told me that I had a 2 year warranty on the work. VERY PLEASED.

I purchased the Big Deal on Sunday, they responded and came out on Monday and gave me an estimate, they came out on Tuesday and did the repairs. They also did some additional work for me for a very reasonable price. The whole process with this company from buying the deal to having the work done was only 2 days! I would highly recommend this company. They were right on time and did everything they were supposed to do and more!

A&R roofing was very professional and quickly spotted why we had a leak in the family room ceiling. They explained to us in very understandable terms what was causing our problem. They came back the next day & fixed the problem. They called after the next rain to see if everything was ok & told us to call if there were any more problems. We will definitely use A&R Roofing again if need be & will recommend them to others.

He returned next day and removed patch and fixed leak by removing loose shingles that had blown up durning rainstorm. He installed new felt paper and shingles. They were very professional they saved me from having a lot of damage inside my house by coming out so quickly. They will be the one I call for all my roofing needs . Thanks A&R

the job went much easier than i thought.first he fixed a leak that no one else could seem to fix.i called him a year later and he reroofed my house.i did get other estimates and he was in line . im very happy with the outcome and will refer him to anybody that ask.

He was very responsive and explained what he was going to do. I felt he did a good job and didn't rush the project. They were pleasant to deal with.
