Description of Work: Re roofed house and small shed. Excellent service and professional work. Andy was available for any questions that I had and followed up to make sure I was completely satisfied with the work done.

Description of Work: Final Payment was made, but two items need to be corrected. Andy is aware of those, but as of today's date no corrections have been performed.

Description of Work: Lloyd came to replace the roof wood below the chimney flange, as well as seal the leaking flange and replace some of the roof shingles. Also, I mentioned that squirrels could possibly get in as there was no screen on the top of the chimney. Once the job was completed in a very efficient fashion by he and his partner, he used a heavier screen to surround the vertical surace of the chimney, below the cap. For this, I tipped him an additional $25 for being nice enough to offer to do that. Unfortunately, the screen is not flat against the chimney; therefore, would not serve its purpose. When I called the company to ask if he (when in the neighborhood) would swing on by and tighten the screen so the gaap would not be so large), the owner said he would mention it to Lloyd. Unfortunately, no one has come back.

Description of Work: Repaired leak in roof as well as added flashing in places on roof where it was needed but not in place.

Description of Work: They came and conducted roof inspection using Angie list deal. They came back a few days later and completed identified repairs.

Description of Work: I bought the coupon towards repair. I did not see this was for the Northshore and even though I am in NOLA proper said they would have no problem doing the work. The problem areas were identified and fixed. So far there have been no further issues. Hope it remains that way.

Description of Work: Really Nothing!!!! |I'm wondering why did we pay $49.00! |He ask us how many bundles of shingles did the other contractor use.He just told us what the problem was with the Roof, which we already knew. |AGAIN! what was the $49.00 for? He also promised to send an apprasial which we Never did recieve. Personally will not recommend!!!

Description of Work: They did not folow up in the 2 days they were supposed to. Had to call Angies List and then the provider. Other than that, they were very good. Did an very good roof inspection and were extremely courteous. Would use again.
