The experience went very well. The guy was timely and actually came out late in the evening and was working on my air conditioner while my kids were asleep in bed. He explained to me what the problem was and gave me options as to how to fix it. He was very informative and even gave me some suggestions on how to keep it from happening again; he was very good. I thought the price was pretty reasonable, considering he came out late in the evening.

They arrived at 7:20 yesterday morning, took a short break for lunch and then back to work. They left when the job was done and everything working properly. They left a little after 4:00 p.m. This is about the 5th job I have had done on this house since I bought it in 2005 and on of the others went well until this job. They were superb..............what else can I say.

Installation didn't take too long. They were very professional.

On time. The service technician called when he was going to be late for the scheduled time. He performed a tune-up and cleaning on my AC system. He was friendly and answered all my questions.

Service man was helpful. Answered my questions and found a problem that probably would have put me out of service in the middle of the summer. The only thing that bothered me was he was on a personal phone call ( I could tell by the way he was talking) the whole time he was fixing my problem. But overall he did a good job.

The man who showed up was in a uniform, clean, professional and articulate. The serviceman explained what he was doing each step of the way and what he needed to do to repair the unit. The repair was done very quickly and the unit was back up and running properly in no time at all.

They had friendly and helpful customer service.

They didn't try to over sell me on anything. Their price, quality, and professionalism are great. I would use them again in the future.

The service went well. They were pleasamt people and they even called me when they were on their way out to my house.

Experience was a good one. This technician was polite and professional...very respectful of me and my property which can be hard to find in workers today when they are on your personal property. I will contact another company and see if they can find the freon leak but I would not hesitate to use Southern AC again and would recommend them.

Our A/C stopped working on a Saturday and we made a call to Southern Air. As luck would have it there was a technician in our area (he was from out of town) and he stopped in, and cleaned our outside unit which solved the issue. He was friendly and did a great job - we were very happy. The problem I have was that he then suggested we sign up for a service contract that would engage the company to do periodic preventive service each Summer and Winter season to prep our A/C & Heating unit. There were supposed to come out during the Summer once more - never saw them, and now it's January and they've never contacted us about prepping our heating. The service contract was a huge waste of money.

They are wonderful. I have a plan with them and then I don’t have to pay when they come to maintain the system. If you have a problem, you get a discount off of any of their calls. Their service is really great, they are always on time, and if you forget they are coming they’ll leave a friendly note on your door saying that you can call to reschedule. They aren’t pushy or rude; they are just really nice people that are customer oriented.

I am happy with their service. The serviceman Brian did a great job. He arrived when he said he would come and was very thorough.

Southern Air came out and checked my whole system out this spring and gave me a service contract to do spring and fall for a reasonable amount like $100.00. They came back in the fall to finish up the job. They did a really good job. They cleaned my system real good and really made me feel good about having done what I did with them. I paid about $100.00 for the cleaning of the air-conditioning unit and the cleaning and inspection of my heating. I will use them in the future. I have a service contract that I will renew every year because when you call people and they don't show up or you call people and they take advantage of you because you don't know anything about air-conditioners. These guys came out and they did what I know to be the proper thing to the point where they start getting into the technical stuff. They didn't gouge me for a lot of extra money that I know I didn't need like some others have. I will use them until they show me that they can't do the job as well.

We have their service contract, so they come out semi-annually to service the A/C unit in the Spring and the heating unit in the Fall. When the capacitor blew after hours on a 100+ degree day, the technician was there within a couple of hours and fixed it. He checked the installation date on the unit and discovered that the unit was still under warranty by a few days. So no charge for the service. This company has handled our heating and air conditioning needs for several years. We've never had a problem with them.

I have their maintenance agreement and I called them after hours around 5pm and right after dark, around 8:30, it was fixed. They did a good job. It was under warranty. They do the usual maintenance service twice a year and I have been happy with their service.
