Description of Work: Rinchuso's came out to fix an ongoing problem I've experienced for several years. I explained to the technician that no one had been able to fix this problem. Well, neither could this guy Rinchuso's even though they are listed as authorized techinicians for this manufacturer. And after calling the manufacturer's technical support today, apparently the four hours of time Rinchuso's (wasted) to supposedly repair my problem, and I find out from the manufacturer that the technician didn't even bother to call and clarify the problem or get appropriate help. Hence, the problem is still not fixed. I am very frustrated by Rinchuso's. No one wants to accept responsibility or even really help me. Do not call these people. They do not stand behind their work.

Description of Work: Provided parts and service for sink faucet

Description of Work: They replaced a tank type water heater in my attic with a new tankless type. They did it at the appointed time for the agreed price.

Description of Work: I am planning an addition to my home that includes a new bathroom. I carried a copy of the plans to Rinchuso's office on 10/17/2011 and spoke with Kenny Whitlock. He said he would look at the plans and call me within a few days. We had a lot of questions and did not really understand some of the terminology he was using, but it was time for the office to close so we left. I placed several follow up calls and the office ladies said he would call me. He never called me back. I understand that this might not have been a project that they wanted to do, but they could have at least told me so I could look for someone else. After 3 weeks, on 11/7/11, I called the Rinchuso office and asked them to mail me back my plans. I received them in the mail on 11/8/11. The only reason that I am not giving this company an F is because the ladies in the office were very nice and tried to be helpful.

Description of Work: I have used this company many times over the years with the most recent having a faucet installed. My mother uses them too.

Description of Work: I had an intermittent leak from my upstairs tub/shower. Matt diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Also, he noticed a running toliet in the same bath, repaired that, and fixed the kitchen sink facuet. I had only requested service on the tub/shower but he handled it all. I have not received the bill, but they have always been reasonable.

Description of Work: They advertise they offer FREE Estimates, But do not. They want to charge for a service call just to come look.

Description of Work: They have done several things; they've replaced faucets outside, they've replaced broken pipes going to our green house that were underground and they've replaced pipes into the house that have leaked.
