I called at 8:20 am to get a new toilet installed. I spoke with the owner and he suggested a toilet like he has in his home which was like the one that I had requested. The toilet was installed before noon and there was no mess left behind. Great service is worth every penny.

Giglio Plumbing came to me by the best means: word of mouth from satisfied customers. Since then, I have joined the ranks of their satisfied customers.

Toilet was "running" and I phoned near closing time & yet the repairman was able to visit the very next morning after I phoned. He arrived on time & gave me an estimate. He completed the work. I have used this company before. I am very satisfied with the professionalism.

I called with a slow-draining vanity & tub and a strange fluctuation in water pressure in my kitchen sink. Matthew and John Wayne were at my door one hour later and lots of yucky "goop" out of my drains in no time. They brainstormed the kitchen faucet problem (since, of course, it wouldn't misbehave in their presence) and explained the options clearly, but without condescending or trying to sell me the Emperor's Clothes. They even gave me tips on how to keep the drains clear in the future. Matthew and John Wayne were friendly and professional and I think they were on their way in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend them and would hire them again!

I phoned for a service call as the disposal wasn't working. As this is a rental house, I had the workman phone me with an estimate while on site. He explained that a new unit was needed & gave me a price quote. I gave him an OK to proceed and was able to pay by phone with a credit card.

It was "after hours" and I agreed to pay the higher rate. He arrived promptly with a helper and was pleasant. He installed everything and all seemed ok. I noticed the next day I noticed that the faucet handle was loose and would turn all the way around, so I called the plumber. I had difficulty getting anyone on the phone that seemed interested in my problem. Finally after several calls, the plumber called me back and agreed to come out in a couple days to fix it. I never heard from him again. About a month later, I had another plumber (from a different company) out to fix an unrelated problem and had him take a look at the kitchen faucet situation. He said the plumber "cheated" and should have done things differently to make the handles tighter.

The guys from Giglio Plumbing arrived in a timely manner after calling to make sure someone was home. They were friendly and polite, very professional. They cleared the drain and offered some advice on how to slow tree root growth in the future. I signed and invoice and received a fair bill in the mail a week later. I've always used this company since living in Shreveport and have no complaints.

I didn't know the exact nature of my problem, I just had been told by the exterminator that I had soapy water in 2 arears under my house. I recently had occasionally had noticed some bubbles coming up in the commode when the tub was draining. I called Giglios, and they had a crew out very quick and had the problem figured out and fixed in no time. Their prices were very reasonable and they were were nice and professional. Nice to have a problem solved without a lot of inconvenience and for a good price.

The crew Matthew and assoicate (Robert I think) showed up on time. They acted and worked like pros - they explained what they were doing and how they were going to correct problem. the problem was corrected in short order - they gave me tips on how to maintain system. I am very pleased with this service. If you need plumbing service of any kind you will get your money's worth. Thanks again for great service.

After being severely disappointed by the quality of workmen recently, I expected this to be another repeat. I was so wrong! The plumber, Johnny Brown, for Giglio Plumbling was excellent. I had a leaking faucet to my washing machine and needed it fixed that day. Giglio said they could send a plumber out to fix it and that they would call before he came. I was shocked when they called me back about 10 minutes later to say the plumber was on his way. Mr. Johnny Brown arrived looking neat and professional. He was friendly and courteous, too. I showed him the problem and he quickly diagnosed and fixed it. Then after he did that, he asked if there was anything else he could do. I showed him the faucet on the laundry sink (next to the washer) and asked why the bottom of the faucet was rusty and if it need to be caulked, or what. He explained it the rust was coming from the bottom of the faucet and that it just needed to be replace and told me what size I needed to buy. Then, I showed him a lever on a bathub facet which wouldn't "stop". I had a plumber "fix" it twice before (but it never fixed the problem). He said this was easy and that he would show me how to do it in case it ever happened again. He showed me how to unscrew the parts and put them on the correct way. This was not what the previous plumber did--I watched both. Presto, it works great now. Last, I asked Mr. Brown if he could unfreeze my water main at the street, just in case I ever needed to turn off my water. With a friendly smile, he "put his back into it" and unstuck it. The whole experience made my day. He was friendly, neat, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, and professional. If I ever need a plumber again, I will definitely call Giglio Pluming and ask for Mr. Johnny Brown.
