I don't have any problems with them. They are quick to respond when you leave a message. I never have to call him back to re-do everything. The price is reasonable as well.

I called Giglio Pluming after troubleshooting and advised them that our tankless water heater had lost power, either through the unit itself or through the remote control unit that controls the temperature, should you wish to change the standard temp (120 degress) that the water heater puts out. After a 3 hour service call, the plumber determined that the remote unit was bad and needed to be unhooked. He didn’t replace it. Just unhooked it via two set screws. I then purchased, after calling noritz, a new remote and installed that remote in about 5 minutes myself. I’m not upset with the work. The plumber did restore hot water by simply unplugging the remote unit, which sets the heater to a default 120 degrees. My disappointment was that, upon talking to Noritz, the manufacturer, estimated it should’ve taken the plumber no more than 10-20 minutes to assess the problem and unhook the remote. I understand that a plumber can not be expected to be an expert on every water heater in production but they will all be fairly similar. In short, the service call should’ve lasted no more than an hour. When I queried with Giglio, I was told they dropped an hour off of the job and charged me for two so $175/ hr is pretty pricey for plumbing work. I would not recommend them again.

Tried to fix myself, but ran into complications and after two trips to Home Depot got fed up and called Giglio's at 4:30 PM. Mark arrived in a matter of minutes. I couldn't get cold water side dismantled. He told me it was because it had stripped out in the closed position, and thus could not be unscrewed. Pulled out his heavy-duty tool, and had it out in no time. Also pointed out that a small part was missing which was a factor in the constant drip. Replaced everything, also let me know never to use the factory washers, as they would deteriorate in a matter of months and we'd have the same problem again. This is my second experience with Giglio's based on their rating here, and I have been very satisfied both times, and will use them again. Mark was friendly, professional and efficient.

I waited for an hour past my appointment for the Who I discovered was the owner of the company and one of his employees to come to the construction site and give an estimate. he walked around, took some measurements, looked at the prints, and was going to call me with a price later that day. He never called. I called his office 6 times throughout the following 2 weeks and left 5 messages for them to return my call and give me a price. he never returned my call and the one time I did speak to him he said he was figuring it up and would call me right back. They are very unprofessional and lost out on a decent size job.

Price is suppose to be $110 per hour plus parts, most expensive tap at Lowe's is $19 each, and they were here about two hours, such a hot day they had to break a few times which I don't blame them, both taps in direct sunlight. I guess clock still runs on breaks. Just doesn't add up and I still have to reseal the mortar around the taps where the brick was chipped away. Prompt, professional but little pricey....

They were a little bit more expensive than other companies we talked to. I liked them because they were very professional. Mr. Giglio himself came out and did the estimate for us. He was a very friendly person. He set his crew up that day. He took care of calling the city to get the permission to do the bidding. His service crew was well-dressed for plumbers. They were very professional. They did a good job. There were no unexpected issues. Their price was very close to other companies.

The cost was reasonable. I did not use him. I did not like it at all. I wasn’t happy with the people who came out. He was on time.

The men who came out were fine and did a wonderful job. The problem was with billing and scheduling. I had let them know that I could not be at the house between 10 and 1245 due to a Dr appt. I was told by scheduling that this would not be a problem and they could work around that. They then asked for my cell number to contact me to let me know when workers would be there. As I was leaving the Dr I called them to see when they would be coming and was told they were there waiting for me (this was at 1215). I arrived at my house at 1235 which was when work began. However, billing charged me for the time the workers just sat there...despite the understanding I would not be there until 1245 and assured this wouldn't be an issue.

The plumber came by and gave me a detailed description of what was wrong. Then set an appointment that was convenient for me to come by and do the work. He gave me an approximate cost of how much the job would be. He showed up on time and immediately got to work. Had to come back the following day because he did not feel the part for the shower drain he obtained from their warehouse was the best part for the job. He explained this to me and told me he would be over the next day to finish the job. He came by the next day and did in fact finish the job. They also cleaned p the minor mess that they made. Over all I am very satisfied with Giglio and will use them again if I ever need plumbing work done again.

My washing machine drain was clogged up and he cleaned it out. My experience was fine and he did a good job and was friendly.

It went very well and they fixed it right away. They are really nice and professional as well.

Called for service; Provider sent out tech within an hour. Tech was knowledgable and was able to show me where the leak was and repaired it with ease. Tech also explained and showed how to clean the bottom of the water heater and how to check for leaks so that we wouldn't have to call again and would be able to fix it ourselves. Tech was very respectful, friendly, and knowledgable.

I selected Giglio plumbing based on reviews I read on-line. I called several weeks ago due to what appeared to be a water leak from my bathroom. The plumber came over and investigated, and found no leaks at that time. He was very professional and courteous. He cut holes in the ceiling where I suspected the leak and it was dry as could be. I left the holes open for over a week before repairing and it never exhibited a problem. I went ahead and patched the holes. A couple of weeks later, I pulled into my garage and noticed water streaming through the point I had suspected a leak. This time it was unmistakeable. I again called Giglio and they quickly sent another plumber. He asked many questions as part of his troubleshooting process. As a former auto and aircraft mechanic, I greatly appreciated his thought process in determining where this leak could be coming from. He diagnosed the problem as a leaking toilet valve. He explained in detail what it was doing, why it was leaking only part of the time, and explained the repair. Within an hour the work was complete.

Could have saved on cost had I planned ahead. Had plumber out three times. Once to remove toilet drain and install new drain. Bathroom floor had to be completed to re-install toilet.

I called on Wednesday afternoon after another plumbing company did not arrive as expected. I was asked if I needed immediate service and told them that it wasn't that urgent. Two plumbers arrived Thursday morning and were very friendly and polite. They immediately knew what they needed to do and had my drain unclogged in no time. They then located the main house clean out that the previous plumbing company couldn't locate. They advised me on steps to care for my drains and checked to be absolutely sure that the clog was gone before leaving. I will definitely use this company again.

I have used them several times. They are always very prompt and act like they care. Price is high to average. Professional. Good reputation.

We've used Giglio for years and find them to be the best in town!

I called on a Tuesday morning and asked that they come the following day in the afternoon, instead when I got home they had already come and left a note saying they had missed me. I immediately called and they said they would come the next day between 2 and 4 I think-can't remembr now. The next day they didn't show up or call so I called about 4:45 and they said they be right there. They got there about 5:10 and stayed to about 6:30. They worked fairly quickly, without much chit chat except when I asked questions. They did some half hearted clean up. Overall, I am pleased with the service and would use them again. I am a relatively new home owner and had no idea how much the bill would be. I was fearful it was going to be much higher! Now I have something to compare to my next plumping need (which I hope never comes!).

It went great. They ended up coming out here several times to get on the roof to do the stoppage. Come to find out, with the new toilet that was replaced it couldn't handle the Charmin tissue we were using. We had another company out quite a few times for the same reason and they couldn't figure out the problem. We are forever Giglio customers and as far as plumbing needs go, they are the only ones we are going to use.

They came the same day and repaired it the same day. It was a hard dirty job, and they did it well.

I called Giglio on Monday morning and they assured me that they would send a plumber out that day. They told me that they would call before sending someone so I gave them my home and my cell number. At 4:30 no one had called so I called them back and I was informed that it may be the next morning unless I wanted to pay more for after hours. I understood and gave them my info again and decided to wait until the next morning. Well I got a call about 15mins later letting me know that a plumber was on his way! The plumbers showed up and took care of the clogs very quickly and professionally. I was even able to use my Angie's list coupon that they are offering for a pretty good discount.

Visit was scheduled a few days in advance. Plumber called on the day of the visit to say he was on the way. He arrived and identified a small leak in the spray hose attached to my faucet and immediatelyl replaced it. Gave me sound advice on the faucet aging and need for overall repair, which will be done on a future visit. Charges were very reasonable. Plumber was friendly, helpful, and cleaned up after repair. Very satisified with Giglio Plumbers.

When we had the back up I called our regular plumber who could not guarantee he could get to us until the day after next. I called four or five plumbers until I found Giglio who agreed to be there as soon as possible - that turned out to be within an hour. We have had a difficult time with our sewer lines and were pleasantly impressed to have this new plumber that we have never worked with before, be so vigilant and work so hard to get the job done right. He was here for four hours, when the sewer lines would not clear, he looked for the additional clean outs and would not stop until it was done completely and correctly.
