Everything went well. They were the only company that was able to come out on such short notice, and they did a good job for a reasonable price considering the circumstances. Furthermore, the plumber was professsional and courteous and cleaned up after himself which I appreciated.

The plumber quickly diagnosed the problems and made necessary repairs.

When I first called, Mr. Giglio was very friendly and sent a plumber promptly. First plumber, Jeff, was on-time, friendly, snaked bathtub drain, roto-rooted outside sewer line, and gave good tips on helping us to keep the drains flowing ourselves. Washing machine was also leaking on empty cycle. After a few weeks of trial run, drains still sluggish and washer still emptied onto the floor. 'Called Mr. Giglio again, explained the problem, and he promptly sent out another plumber. "Chris" was extremely friendly and knowledgeable; snaked drain line in roof and all exterior outlets, including laundry room. 'Gave more good suggestions on clearing the drains non-chemically, and suggested a new laundry drain hose. Jeff was conscientious enough to come out also to learn what he'd missed on his first visit. With the helpful suggestions given, more thorough line-cleaning, and us upgrading our laundry drain hose, our drains are now flowing freely, and we are happy campers! We will definitely call Giglio Plumbing again in the future.

I found a small pool of water under the house by the kitchen . Giglio sent out a guy and assistant the same day. They located the leak which was below ground and patched it in about an hour. I was sure it was a significant problem and I was due for a big bill. Giglio explained the problem, and that a new leak may pop up from time to time and ultimately I may want to replace the pipes at some point with PVC. I appreciate when someone takes time to explain things. They also found a new way to get under the house which had never dawned on me.

He turned on all of the faucets, and everything drained fine. He wanted to look in the trap, but he only had pliers so he couldn't open it. I have a plumbers wrench... Several in fact. He said he had no idea why the water came in. He said nothing was stopped up. He had no suggestions, so I asked how much I owed him, and he said $85.00. I showed him the 5% discount for senior citizens and 5% discount for using Angie's List. He had me print the coupon. However, he didn't give either discount. When I spoke with my insurance company this morning, they suggested I call another plumber because of the fact that the guy did nothing more than turn the faucets on and off. I was extremely disappointed.

Called on Tuesday, 3 Sep to schedule an appointment for them to come out and repair the shower pan that a person had done four years ago incorrectly. Diane was very nice on the phone and we scheduled the appointment for that Thursday afternoon. I sent them some pictures so they could see the shower was a stand alone and had tiles along with a picture of the shower pan that was sticking out from the wall. On Thursday afternoon at 1:45pm, I called and asked if they knew what time the repairmen would arrive and was told by the lady (not Diane unfortunately) that they would be there sometime today. I asked when, around 5pm or 6pm? She said, "No, it shouldn't be that late and besides, all they are going to do is take a look and walk back out." Now this was news to me as Diane hadn't mentioned that so I just hung up as I wasn't too happy. I didn't take the afternoon off just so someone could come take a look and leave within 30 seconds. At 3:15pm that day, I called and spoke to Diane and told her what the other lady had said and that I was canceling my appointment with them. She asked if I could hold for a minute and then David, I guess a supervisor or manager came on the line and apologized for what the other lady had said. He said he wanted to make sure that our problem got fixed and that he would have Mr. Giglio, the owner himself call me and come out and look at the shower to make sure the pan was indeed leaking and not something else. I said ok, I would give them another opportunity and asked when I would hear from the owner. David said he's busy and will call me when he has time. It is now the following week, Thursday at 2:30pm and gues what? The owner still hasn't called. Did he get the message from David? If he did, why hasn't he called? Why hasn't his employees followed up to see if he has called or not? I'm not impressed at all with this company. Maybe it was just a bad week they were having? Regardless, this is NOT how to do business. If anyone asks me have I heard of this company, I will tell them to find someone else.

Very friendly & professional. He explained the problem was drainage, as the dishwasher plumbing was connected to the disposal. Good advice about how to keep drainage working better without using harsh chemicals. Prompt, courteous, and competent!

Needed to replace 2 faucets before an appraisal. He and an apprentice arrived on time and did an excellent job, even explaining to my husband what he was doing so he could learn too. We also used them before for a total plumbing line flush and to install 2 clean out valves. We almost used them for our master bath remodel, and the only reason we didn't was that they preferred to make one quote and use their own supplies, and we needed to save cash by putting supplies on the Home Depot card and just paying for labor. That job went to Fitzgerald, also a good company, and ended up costing just about what Giglio had quoted. So we will definitely use them again. Very good service and very honest.

I had a major leak under my slab, enough to fill an Olympic - size swimming pool, according to the city. Two gentlemen arrived at my door ready to go to work. A few hours later, they had it completely fixed. They are awesome!

As stated, more problems later.Very disappointing.

We have an upstairs bathroom that the shower had leaked into the room below damaging the drywall in the ceiling. Gigglio plumbing sent over a plumber. He was clean and well kept and very professional. He gave the shower a thorough examination for possible leaks and did not find any. We had not used the shower since it had leaked. After his examination we were confident enough to try the shower again and there were no leaks this time. Our conclusion was that the leak had been from one of our sons leaving the shower curtain outside the tub. It was worth the price of the plumber call to be able to use our shower again.

I called this morning and David came out this afternoon. Very polite and gave me pointers on how to prevent problems in the future. I will definitely call them again next time I need service.

We called Giglio and they had two repairmen out to our house on Easter Saturday in less than an hour. The two men were very nice and quickly fixed the issue. They were unable to unclog the sink manually and had to run a machine down the vent pipe from the roof. This immediately opened the drain and they recommended pouring bleach down the sink once per month to help dissolve the build up accumulating the in PVC piping. Great experience and will definitely call them again should we have any other plumbing issues!

Tech arrived on-time despite short-notice call. Very professional. Explained entire process in detail. Showed the faulty parts. Very satisfied, and will use for future plumbing needs.

First was with a very courteous receptionist. Then I talked with Joe Giglio (very friendly) about installing a point of use water heater and he recommended that I first try to raise the temp on the water heater. The workers (very courteous) were very prompt and went right to work . Pleasant individuals. They installed the new garbage disposal, repaired the leak in the second sink, replaced the outside faucet and raised the water thermostat to 140 degrees. Elvis let me know that who ever installed the water heater had set the thermostat at 120 degrees. Way to low for my wife to wash dishes. The experience with this company was the greatest and the price was right. They are now on my list as the number one plumbing company in the area. I would recommend them in a flash to anyone.

Work was completed by conscientous, polite, and personable employees. Will always contact Giglio Plumbing for any plumbing repairs.

I called and they called me back very promptly. They said they were on their way to my dad's house. When I got there they had already unclogged the sewer line and were finishing the leak repair. The price was great and the the response was even greater.

They were in and out with in an hour. One went on the house and ran a snake in the pipe and it finally unstopped my sink. We ran hot water after that and my sink in the kitchen has worked great since.

Was very prompt--came the same day I called. Performed the work--unstopping two upstairs bathroom lavatories. Offered good tips for prevention. A little pricey for the amount of time spent. But overall good experience, so far.

Contacted them this morning, and a plumber was on the scene within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue and located a clean-out to use in resolving the problem. He also gave great advice on preventing the issue in the future. Note that I had the same issue about 9 months ago, and used a different vendor. That vendor was unable to locate the clean-out and charged double the price for have to snake through a vent on the roof. It was a night and day comparision, with Giglio by far the better vendor.

Giglio employees (2) arrived on time and finished the project quickly and professionally. I will recommend them to others and I will use them again.

Came out and put camera into the drain pipe to find the problem. Gave me and estimate and scheduled the work. Work was done professionally. I have not had any problem since.

I was pleased that they came; they seemed straightforward with me and they cleaned up afterwards, which was huge. It wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive. They fixed it so it would last a while. Normally, I have to have my drains snaked every year. They gave me some tips. I have long hair and they told me to make sure I got the hair out of the drain and make sure it wasn't clogging up. They gave me advice to buy a drain cover and they didn't have to do that. I get nervous about plumbing because I always have to pay a lot. I thought their price was reasonable. They were on time. I was pleased with their professionalism. I really liked that they cleaned up and offered the extra advice which they didn’t have to share with me. I would use them again.

It took them two weeks to finally get over to the house after I called them on a Monday and they told they would be there on Tuesday. Well it actually two Tuesdays later that they finally arrived. They arrived not having any of the parts they needed, but still worked for two and a half hours on I do not know what, and then came back the next day with the right parts and worked for two more hours. The water supply was in the wall already and all that had to be done was have hoses run off the hoses that were already there and a drain run to the drain that was already there. I was prepared to pay around $400 for the work and got hit with an $800 dollar bill. I can't believe it took them two weeks to get with me, two days to finish the project, and cost me twice as much as what I was told to expect from someone who had similar work done. It was incredibly disappointing after all of the good reviews I read on here.
