Came right away, price good

We were very pleased with the service provided. Kelly was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. She gave us a written estimate and went over it throughly with us to make sure that all requests were in the estimate. She was very professional and did not pressure us to sign the contract. When we did call, they scheduled the work, and Kelly came back to confirm the work we had asked for. She called the day before to let us know the time they come. The crew worked well together, and did a great job on clean up. We will definitely use them again.

Did a great job-very friendly and professional

Kelly Hebert came out to give us the initial estimate. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and provided a professional estimate in writing at the time of estimation. Based upon her knowledge and her attitude towards the trees - she was definitely someone who cared about preserving the beauty and majesty of the trees, and who had taken the time to know her business, and also that the estimate was extremely reasonable, considering we had been shopping around and the estimates for this work were varying widely. We chose to hire Arbor Care. We called to confirm right before a hurricane, and due to the increase in business in preparation for the first hurricane of the season, we were put on a waiting list. The only negative thing I have to say, is that after waiting 3 weeks to hear back, I called them to find out when we could expect to be taken care of, but after simply giving my address, at the start of the conversation, Kelly knew who I was by name, and which job we were and gave me a date and time when the work would start. I was therefore confident that we had not been forgotten and that they were in fact well organized. On the day they started, Albert Trahan came out with his crew of 3 other men, and they were all, particularly Mr Trahan extremely knowledgeable, and efficient. They did a superb job on our trees, made them look absolutely beautiful, in fact I can't believe just what a huge difference it has made to our front and back yards. Not only did they do a fantastic job of cleaning them out, they also cleaned up badly cut nubs and stumps of branches left by previous attempts to cut back the trees. After they finished the work, they cleaned up after themselves, racked the entire front and back yards, you couldn't tell we'd had any tree work done either, and they had so much to clean up. We requested some of the wood to be left so we could use as firewood, and they cut it to size and stacked it neatly, even though we told them, they could just leave the logs, so they definitely went above and beyond in the name of good service, we had almost a full cord, and they had a huge trailer piled up with the rest of the smaller branches to haul off. I was thoroughly impressed with their service, and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others. I would definitely use them for other tree work in the future.

Until I found Arbor Care, this was an exercise in futility. I called many tree service "professionals", who chose to not return my calls after several attempts. After 3 months of trying to secure bids, I eventually found someone who was trimming trees in my neighborhood. I stopped and got them to come by and offer a bid. The bid I recieved was $2450. I agreeed to that price, but knew how expensive it was. Thank goodness they could not come for another week. After receiving their bid, I joined Angie's list and found Arbor Care. They came by the next day with a very good bid. I cancelled the overpriced bid. The people at Arbor Care trimmed my two large oak tress perfectly....not just around the edges, but all the dead wood and branches in the center as well. They cleaned up everything, and even blew off all of my roofs. My trees and yard never looked so good.....all for about a third of the price. I could not give a higher recommendation for this company. They have my business for life!

The work required getting up into the trees to carefully remove the limbs in sections, being careful to not disturb utility lines. They arrived at 6:30 AM and were completely finished, includng cleanup and debris removal, by 10:30 AM. They were were very professional and answered all of my questions. I would advise everybody to trust them with your tree work.

Arbor Care provided excellent service at a reasonable cost. Personnel were very cooperative and helpful. I plan to utilize their services again in the near future.

I checked them on the Better Business Bureau. They came prepared and asked the right questions. Their breakdown on price seemed very reasonable. They were very professional and I would consider using them.

Overall, they were good. They did a good job, and so far, I have not had any problems. Their pricing was good too. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

Very well overall. The Arborist who initially came out to give estimate was very knowledgeable about tree care and gave me plenty of information which was not necessary for her to do as I was interested in tree trimming service but was glad to hear all the information she offered. She gave me an estimate the same day which was comparable to other estimates I had gotten. They were able to schedule the job within a few days. On the day the work was done they were prompt and I was impressed with the number of workers who were very organized and worked very well together keeping the flow of work going. They had all the proper equipment and tools and there never was any down time. They did the job quickly and did an excellent job of clean up. There were no surprises and the final cost was the exact amount of the estimate which had been given. I definitely would use them again.

Great company. Very professional. Provides a written estimate with complete detail of work to be performed.

They came out, gave a bid. They were prompt with their bid. After we agreed that I would hire them, I told them that I'd need to see proof of insurance before they began work. She totally understood why I wanted this, and brought me copies of their insurance. They arrived promptly in the morning. By early afternoon all three trees were removed.

Arbor care does excellent work. After hurricane Gustav, they removed a large tree from my home in a safe and efficient manner. They offered to put up the tarps that I had available to protect my home from more water damage at no additional charge. They are the ones to call for an honest estimate, others asked for much more money for less work.
