I signed a contract with them for multiple cleanings the following year. They didn't do a very good job, and didn't even unclog multiple downspouts. They informed me that 2 of my downspouts needed to be replaced, and they could not clean them. After some back and forth, I agreed to pay for the new downspouts, and they put them in for me, but they didn't do all the work they discussed with me, in great detail, and it took them a couple months. It has been about 4 months since I first tried to get an explanation of why they didn't clean my downspouts in the first place. Just an ok experience."
