"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a service provider. The owner came to my tenant's house with two other men. They ran the dryer and agreed that it smelled like gas. They tightened something in the back, ran it again, and told me I was just paranoid-- there was no gas smell. I paid them, and they left. After they left, I went back to my tenant's house because I was not sure the job was really done. Even without the dryer running, it smelled more strongly of gas than it had before. I called back to ask (very politely) if they could take another look. The owner told me that I was stupid and a waste of time. I said, "Why are you talking to me that way?" He then said, "F* you!" and hung up. After that, he texted me that I was crazy. When my tenant returned home, he said that the house smelled strongly of gas and asked for the company's phone number. When he called, the owner spoke to him in the same inappropriate ways that he spoke to me. I have never had any experience like this before. Whatever you do, do not call this company!"
