i called Access when i saw the ad in the Angie's list magazine and an installer was already in the area so getting him to stop by and give an estimate was easy. i signed the contract right then and in a few days the work was done! i had contemplated working on the door myself but when they did the work i didnt lift a finger and its done right and quick! i asked about saving certain parts and saving money and they worked with me and gave me good advice and i'm glad i followed it!

I called Access Garage Door a week before to set up a time for them to come out. The person on the phone was nice and courteous. She gave me a time of 9-11am. The day before they came out she called to confirm and was able to get the helper to come out earlier. She find out that I had work in the next town and the earlier he could get there he it would help me out. He arrived at 7:30am. I am very happy. Jarred was very nice, courteous, knowledgable, and respectful. He got right to work. They have a standard charge for what I needed of 289. I added a few dollars, because a few days without your garage is not fun. Jarred also replaced a roller and gave it a basic tune-up. The door works great and is makes much less noise. I am very satisfied with the whole process and will use them again. I even had a chance to refer them to a friend who needed garage work.

These guys were great to work with they did exactly what they said they would when they said they would ad at a fair price. I have used Marty before when a spring broke on one of my garage doors I called him out and he fixed it quickly and correctly. So when I needed doors for my new shop I called Marty the owner he gave me a fair price and ordered the doors. When they came in he sent a two man crew who had them installed in about four hours. the doors are of high quality and the installation was spot on. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.

When making and then rescheduling my appointment, the office was very understanding and willing to work with my schedule. The techician was on time and very professional. Answered all my questions. A pleasure to do business with, will use again.

Garage door had been squeaking and I was about to call a company then I saw Angie's list for a special so I called Access Door and they took care of the job.

It was PERFECT. Brand and Branden were very professional. They were right on time and did the job very quick. They walked me through everything, helped me setup the keypad code, and showed me everything they replaced and/or serviced (lube). I would HIGHLY recommend Access Garage Door LLC for any of your service needs for your LiftMaster. Our house was directly hit by lighting, which also started a fire in our attic. It was the scariest thing ever and once we got everything straight with roofers and electricians etc.. I called Access Garage Door on Monday and they were out the next day! We called Access Garage Door LLC at approximately 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 7, 2014. We were promised service within a hour or two. Carl the Technician arrived in a hour and went right to work. He was not only punctual, but, he provided a good deal of useful information on the care and maintenance of our garage door. Simply stated, he was excellent. The type of service technician everyone should experience. Also, we were initially told the warranty period on the springs was 5 years. The young lady who schedules the service technicians called us back right after we hung-up making the appointment to correct that erroneous information. She was very considerate in pointing out the warranty on the springs were getting was 3 years, not 5 years. We were pleasantly surprised and impressed with her immediate follow-up and professionalism. Suffice is to say we were extremely pleased and impressed with Access Garage Door LLC, its staff and service technician. Can't remember the cost, I had a coupon. They scheduled me in reasonable amount of time. I wasn't able to meet them, I had another contractor on site that received the tech. He made expected repairs and left. I am happy. I am now having unrelated trouble with remote now, I'll call them again if I don't figure this out on my own.

I'm converting my garage to a living space and wanted more insulation than the old door provided. Marty came out and showed me sample of the heavy duty insulated door he carries. It's rated at R19 I believe. It's 2" thick and is extremely tough. His crew arrived on time and did a perfect job. He returns all calls and emails so I was never left wondering about anything. Total pro in every regard and I'd use him again in a heartbeat, although the door he sold me will probably outlast both of us. I'm very happy with the product and service, and my garage is now well insulated, quieter, and better looking than ever.

Repairman worked all day to finish the job. Was prompt and courteous.

I purchased my home nearly 5 years ago. I have never had any problems with the garage door in that time, so I never bothered to have anyone inspect it. Recently, the door started squealing each time it came down, so I figured it was time to have it serviced. I recently joined Angie?s List, so of course I decided to check to see who was recommended. I knew the previous owners had used DialOne House of Doors to install the door and opener, but Access Garage Door is in Covington, had over 3 times as many reviews, and had the Angie?s List Super Service Award to top it off. They offered an Angie?s List ?Deal,? so I purchased the ?deal? on the Angie?s List website. The young man, Brandon, who came out to my home was very nice, professional, and arrived when expected. No problem there. He said my rollers didn?t look very worn, but he replaced them anyway, because it?s covered in the price (so might as well get new ones) and he said the old ones didn?t appear to have ball bearings, and the new ones he installed do. This company is responsive, punctual, and professional, so I gave them an ?A? where they deserved one. I gave them a ?B? on quality only because even though Brandon said he lubed everything, the door still has the same squeal when it comes down as it had before I called them out. (Just a warning about the lubricant: I?m chemical sensitive and I couldn?t breathe in the garage for days afterwards due to the vapors of the spray. It?s finally wearing off after about a week.) I gave them a ?B? on price for a couple of reasons. I understand advertising, I have a marketing degree, have worked in sales, and run my own business. I like a good sale like everyone else, when it?s a true sale off of the real regular price. What I don?t like is gimmicks, fake sales, and specials off of an artificially inflated regular price. And that?s what the Angie?s List ?deal? is, perhaps not all, I don?t know, but at least this one. They constantly run the same ?deal? over and over. When the ?days left? countdown to get the special price runs out, it just resets for another 30 days, or whatever, and the countdown starts all over. That?s gimmick pricing to me, and normally a big turnoff. In this instance, the special was $111 the day I ordered and that was supposedly 55% off the regular price of $249! No one in their right mind would pay $249 for this service, and I?m sure this company has never charged anyone anywhere near that much. The countdown also indicated there was only 3 days left to get this price. I knew in 3 days the same price would still be available and the countdown would be reset to 30 days. And of course, that?s exactly what happened. I guess that fools some people, but I?ve worked for other companies myself who did the same thing and I hated it. The other reason I gave them a ?B? on price is that I found out House of Doors would have charged me $89.00 for the same service?about $20 less. I gave them a ?B? overall due to the remaining squeal, which is what spurred me to call in the first place, and their gimmicky pricing practices.

They were very professional and their prices were reasonable. They were also very knowledgeable and courteous. We've done a lot of renovations on our homes, so we know good service. I would hire them again in a heartbeat, and that's saying an awful lot coming from me.

We purchased the "garage door reconditioning with replacement of rollers" on the Angie's List site on the weekend. The office called Monday morning to schedule and we scheduled them for that Friday. Carl was our service guy. He was friendly, professional and after the call, our garage doors work much quieter and smoother. Carl suggested adding an additional support to the door which should increase the life of the door. We asked him to write up the order and look forward to seeing him again. We would highly recommend this business. It was a great experience.

The service worked out just fine. The man came at the time he was supposed to come, and he did what he needed to do. There really wasn't anything wrong with the garage door, but it has been there for a long time, and so I thought it was an opportunity to have it tuned up. He came, and he did the work on it, and it seems fine. He came to look at the double side of my garage, and then I have a single part that is manual, and I will probably call him and ask him to come and check that one out. The price seemed reasonable, although I have had the service done before, and so I have nothing to compare it to. He was professional.

Prompt and professional. Other provider(s) had been happy to keep coming every year or so to fix, repair and adjust. Whereas Access gave advise to replace with a higher quality unit at a cost that was less than service calls over the last three years on the older and loud unit.

The provider was prompt and very courteous. He had the door operating like new within minutes.
