We sent a request for a quote and received the return phone call relatively quickly. We made an appointment for someone to come out to take a look and give an estimate and they accommodated our schedule by coming out on a Saturday. We eviews the estimate and decided to go with an upgraded door. The order was place and we were told the door would be delivered in yep to three weeks. In 3 weeks we received the call that the door was in and within a few days we were scheduled and the Technician came out to perform the install. We love the new of our new our door and the curb appeal it adds to our home. We would highly recommend Accent Doors for their great customer service and professionalism.

Hired through coupon from Angie's List. Arrived, did work quickly and efficiently, and finished. Only bought for one door although we have 4 garage doors and they didn't try to sell us service for the others that are far less often used.

The employee was punctual and polite. He inspected the door and mechanism and I am still not clear what conclusion he came to. In any case he sprayed lubricant from a can on about 6 door rollers, aside from the inspection that was all the work performed. As he was preparing to go I asked him "how much do I owe you". He told me $82.00. I asked "If I order a new opener will this charge be deducted from the price". The answer was no. This whole affair left a bad taste since I was under the impression this was a free inspection and I will not be using this company again. I would advice anyone to be very sure what the terms are when dealing with them.

Caleb called me when he was on the way to my house and even arrived early which was fine with me. He promptly unloaded the items to be fixed and skillfully went right to work changing the motor and then the rubber strips and holders. He was polite and knew exactly what he was doing and finished the job as soon as possible. He also made sure that my universal remotes worked as well as the two remotes that came with the opener. He was very professional and I would highly recommend him and Access Garage Door. I will definitely hire them again the future!!

The phone call placed to get a price and make an appointment was pleasant. The technician called ahead of time and was on time to the appointment. He (James) was very knowledgeable and good at what he did. He explained the different features to me thoroughly and gave me pointers and dos-and don'ts on the machine. Install only happened yesterday, but so far i am pleased.

Service came out to replace spring on a Sunday. He did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on their garage door.

Veteran garage door tech. “Rodger” showed up at exactly the appointed time. Introduced himself and went right to work, discussing with me what he’d be doing to correct the damage (I caused to my garage door panels, tracks and cables of my cable door drums. I purchased and attempted to install a set of new springs myself.)….Note to homeowners….I’m a pretty experienced mechanical tech myself; performing most of my own home & minor auto repairs over many decades. My complete inexperience with garage door systems could have gotten me seriously injured as I did not realize the potential energy I was placing in winding up the EXTREMELY OVERRATED torsion bar springs I INCORRECTLY purchased on line!!) So after receiving that well-meaning, much-deserved “critique,” Rodger successfully straightened out and realigned most all my damage without having to replace a lot of my “bent-up” components. He placed the PROPER-sized torsion bar springs, a very worn sprocket of my chain drive motor and adjusted the chain, etc. Most impressed by the expertise and speed in which he was able to do all that work (without a helper) in less than an hour-1/2 at most. Great experience; sincere folks (was told their company is a start-up since our area’s Hurricane Katrina of 2005.) Recommending their service to anyone (including do-it-yourselfers as myself). Very professional, quickly done, very neat;the garage door that they installed on April or May, they removed the old existing garage door & installed a new double garage door; extremely neatly removed all debris; quickly done garage door installation, done in two and a half hours; looks wonderful, called them back in July to install insulation on the garage door; I'm in Denham springs, LA, & they came from Covington, LA, about 85 miles away but they came on time & service my garage door without any hassle, nothing bad to say for the company, instead I highly recommend Access Garage Door LLC for any garage door services.

Very well. Due to some mixup with my order it was several weeks before they responded--which is the only reason I rated them a "C" on responsiveness. Once they did contact me, they arrived the same week, were on time and did the work in less than an hour. Very good job, friendly and professional technicians.

They were on time, replaced the rollers and wire then spent about 30 minutes getting the door to close correctly. They would not leave until they felt the job was completed correctly. I am a very happy customer.

Donald came out and did an estimate on my motor, that stopped writhing not long after I was quoted. I called ave they pulled my quote with no problem. Donald came out and installed the motor and programmed remotes/ keypad. Very happy with his work. He was honest about what needed to be done and wasn't just trying to make a buck. I'm hoping I can get another year out of my door, however when it does quit on me, I'll definitely be calling access.

They were courteous and on-time and did an excellent job removing the old doors, rails and lifter and installing new hardware and trim. They cleaned up and showed how to operate the lifter. Absolutely no complaints.

I was very happy with the service - consultation - because I was going to a smaller door size and adding an electric opener and their advice and recommendations were helpful plus the price was great .

It went extremely well. Donald was the tech and he not only put everything back together and working properly, he even resolved an unexpected problem which was a challenge. My door is old (and old Windsor model 4250) and although it was working, it was not installed correctly by the original owner of the home, who likely installed it himself. Now the door is in the best shape it's ever been in!! I am very grateful because they saved me lots of money, and trouble. He is very dedicated and professional, and skilled.
