As good as it gets to garage tune up service. Used them before, always quality service and great job!

The garage technician was extremely professional. He represents the company quite well. He took his time and answered all my questions, gave me some tips and tricks which all made logical sense. Great job guys!

Donald used his leveler to determine if the tracks were out of alignment. The right hand one was, and he adjusted the support braces to accommodate his assessment. The bracket holding the track on the left hand side was not even screwed into the wall; he remedied that. He adjusted the tension on the large spring. He reversed two brackets that had been installed upside down by the prior home owner. He "oiled" the rollers. When Donald arrived, the garage door sounded so loud because of the poor adjustments, you could hear it next door. When he left, it functioned so well that it makes no noise whatsoever. I so appreciate a service person a) being knowledgeable about his trade, and b) doing it well. I will definitely hire this company in the future, if need be.

Spoke with owner about the previous work done. They sent another rep out and they did an excellent job. Made sure everything was in good working order. Did not have to replace anything, lubricated and adjusted properly.

We initially had negative comments regarding the manner in which office personnel handled our scheduling. However, when the owner learned of our position in the matter, he immediately reached out to us to offer his apologies. He also offered to handle our job immediately of which we very much appreciated.

There was a small delay in their arrival, but once they started the work everything went great. The provider was knowledgable, and very professional explanning everything that he did. I was very happy with the job the he did. I plan to use them again as needed to keep my garage doors operating properly.

Went fine. After determining that the old opener repaired would be close to the same price as new, I decided to have the old one replaced. The service man did point out several options to choose from and I elected a new one. The service was quick, professional and clean.

Service was great, quality great. But, once again--no one credited me or refunded me. The owner of the service said he would contact Angie's, then I heard nothing more. So, responsiveness? A "C", because they responded to my e-mail complaint then dumped me. ****DON'T pre-pay Angie's!!! I got ripped off for $111***

Access Garage Doors did a better job than I anticipated - I would definitely use them again. They gave our garage doors a tune up - they are operating better than I can ever recall them operating. They were efficient and effective. I am very pleased with the results of this service..

It went very well. The technician was very professional and helpful. He gave me great advice and tips.

Our garage door was annoyingly loud. After seeing an advertisement for a garage tune-up we decided to go for it. The service was perfect. The technician explained everything he did, including changing the wheels. He showed me that the wheels that were on the door were way to big for the size and weight for the door. After he was done, it was a massive difference. He even showed me what to do to maintain the door and wheels. I do recommend Access Garage Door. Very professional.

All went great. Ronnie was punctual as agreed and he went right to work - out of his truck and to the door with tools in hand. He made his assessment and went to work. He adjusted the spring and lubricated everything so we could open the door by hand at least as in his assessment he decided the head needed replacement He came back the next day to install the new power head. All went very well with no hitches. Thanks, Ronnie. You were great!

Great! The technician, Jarrod Harrold was excellent.

The cable that holds the door open came off the track on one side of the door. The owner of Access Door, Marty Pickens, showed up to repair it. While on site, he also greased all parts and checked all parts for operation. He made the door even quieter and smoother operating than it was before. He was very professional, cleaned up after himself and left me in better shape. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for garage door installation, maintenance or repair.

He arrived on time, was very neat and left the property as he found it. Everything was done satisfactorily. My door works great..

Very pleasant and professional people, with good attitudes. Work was completed as promised, and job was thorough. New garage door fits perfectly, looks great, runs quietly (except for my older chain-driven opener). When my aging opener goes south, I'll call these guys back to install a new belt-drive unit.

Service man checked springs, cables, rollers, glider channels etc. Confirmed all parts were in good shape. Recognized that uneven pull from one side to other of each door was causing the faulty operation. Adjusted cable tensions on both doors, lubricated entire system. Both doors work perfectly now. Extremely pleased by service - would use these people again without hesitation.

I called ACCESS GARAGE DOOR after finding on Angie's list. I joined Angie' s List after my garage door broke and I did not know who to call. I found Access Garage Door immediately after joiniing. I called them right away . The lady that answered the phone was very efficient. She asked a few questions, asked if I knew whether the door had a large spring or two small ones. I told her which it had. She set up a time that was convenient for me the next day. I was called the next day confirming the time that someone would be here. Before that time arrived, I received a call from them again asking if it would be convenient for me if they could come earlier, which to my delight, they did. The owner, himself, came out to do the work. He arrived with a new spring to fit the door. He had the door fixed in less than a half hour. The cost was just what his office said it would probably be if it was a broken spring which it was. He also quieted down the noise that the door had been making when rolled up and down. I could not have been happier with the work, the people, the scheduling, the cost and the speed that my door was fixed. I would definitely use ACCESS GARAGE DOOR again and would recommend this company to anyone.

I've used this provider before on an Angie's List special for a garage door tune up and they did a good job. So, when I saw their special on Angie's List for a Liftmaster garage door opener kit, I did not hesitate to purchase it. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Marty Perkins when I called and got all of my questions answered. We set up the installation date for January 21st. The two installers did run late, but called to say they would be due to traffic issues as they were coming from the southshore to the northshore during drive time and I know first hand what a hassle that can be. They were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable and did a great job in installing the opener and hauling away the old one as it was very, very old. The installer, Carl, explained everything to me with regard to the operation and asked if I had any questions. I am very happy and excited about my new Liftmaster garage door opener kit and I will most certainly use them again should the need arise. I would highly, highly recommend them.
