Description of Work: We had a new garage door installed. The work was well done. Our reason for giving a B is that it took over 2 months to get a door that we were told would be in by the end of the year. We ordered December 6th and didn't have a door installed until February. I had to call the company twice and they blamed the manufacturer. It may have been the fault of the manufacturer but communication could have been better. The quality of the door is great and installation was fine and I would give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again. I just couldn't give an A rating because there was room for improvement.

Our manufacturer had several issues at the end of the year that affected several of our customers and caused back orders. Unfortunately that is out of our control, but if you ever have a need for a garage door technician I hope you will give us another chance to prove this is not our normal way of doing business.
