Technician arrived timely, inspected the door and showed me a significant problem that needed immediate correction. We discussed additional price and the overall need of the service and then additional work was approved. Technician spent approximately 2.5 to 3.o hrs effecting compete repair and contracted services. Technician was courteous and professional.

Came out gave a free estimate, very punctual. Replaced everything but the door itself and now garage door is whisper quiet. Had a problem with the sensors two months after when kids knocked one out of alignment and walked me thru fixing it over the phone without charging me a visit.

Prompt estimate, Clinton was helpful in tweaking details to fit my job. Door took three weeks to come in. No disappointments on install. I plan to have him back to install doors when I build my shop. Especially nice is Clinton's prompt responses to phone calls. He was reachable and I appreciated that. Great job.

All went very well. The problems with the garage doors were well explained as well as what would be done to correct. I appreciated their going the 'extra mile' in the way of service :) Very professional and dependable with a good combination of knowledge and experience. Highly recommend!
Description of Work: This company corrected 2 bad garage door installation performed by another Lowe's contractor. Lowes covered the cost so there was no charge. Adjustments were made to both garage doors; mainly, the door alignment and the opening of the doors (went up way too fast!). A cracked gear was discovered in the sensor motor so I had to order the part and have them back out to install. I thought the return visit and installation price of $140 a bit high since I understood a service call was ~$60 and the installation took less than an hour.

I contacted Access Garage Door to replace a garage door opener. They came the next day to install it. The installers did a very good job in installing the garage door opener. However, the sensors that was attached to the track moved and kept the garage door from closing. I contacted Marty Pickens, Owner, and he came out, within an hour, and reattached the sensors to the wall. This alleviated the problem.
