They were late, but they kept calling with statuses. They were in and out very quickly, and did all of the adjustments in a timely manner.

I bought an Angie's list "deal" for $99, (supposedly over $200 without the deal) which promised a tune-up and roller replacement. The service guy who came out was very nice and efficient. When it came time to pay, however, he was unfamiliar with the Angie's List deal. We discussed it, and in doing so I discovered that the service he provided would have been close to the $99 price anyway. A service call would have cost less than that, and apparently the rollers aren't more than about 5 bucks each. So, this was NOT too much of a "deal". This seems dishonest to me, either on the part of Angie's List, or the service provider, not sure which.

I am very satisfied with the overall job. The new bottom rubber strips would not totally keep light out after adjusting, so they had to find a different kind of rubber strip. They came back and installed the new ones and the doors sealed perfectly at the bottom. The doors are fourteen years old and now work better than they ever did. The owner of the company and the young man they sent went out of their way to do the job properly. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned and all debris was picked up and removed.

Replaced garage door rollers, straightened a bent bar so the door rolled right and closed tighter to the floor. Nice fellow did the work and explained it and showed it to me when he was done.

I was satisfied with what he did but was disappointed that he could not fix the missing rubber at the bottom of the door. He told meto purchases a door strip from Home Depot and showed me how to do it. He said that would last me about another year.The garage door is very old and he saved me some money because I was not ready to purchase a new door.

Technician was on time and highly professional and knowledgable. He spent more time than I expected, making sure the door operated perfectly. He also went over potential issues with my door type, suggested options and provided estimates, but didn't do a hard sell. I will be replacing door and will definitely use them for the job.

The provider was very nice and helpful. We just are not prepared to replace the door right now. We would have preferred a repair.

Garage door was noisy and shaky when opening and closing. Access checked and adjusted the door, hinges, wheels, and tracks. Door opens quietly and smoothly now.

Two technicians came on time. They identified themselves properly. They were courteous and professional. They did all the task quickly, efficiently and cleanly. They have all the materials they need for the job in their truck. When they encountered minor unexpected problems they solve them without a fuss and without charging me more for doing it. They leave cards, telephone numbers and stickers by the control in case any problem arise. It has been 3 months since the service and my garage doors are working very smoothly.

The young man was very nice, polite, respectful and very helpful. My garage door was very hard for me to lock. Only my husband could do it. It wasn?t about strength as I work out but about getting it just right. This young man did just that. Very satisfied! Thanks for all your help!

Called on a Friday afternoon and a serviceman called me ack within 15 minutes and informed me that he would come over in a couple of hours after completeing another job. He called me when he was 10 minutes away. Thoroughly explained what had broken and replaced the 2 broken springs. This enabled me to open the door by hand. Had to do this because a part that bolted to the door and automatic opener was broken also and needed replacement but he did not have the part on his truck. He stated that he would return Monday to do this , which he did. Very satisfied with their response and the competance/friendlyness of the technician who came to my house. Would highly recommend.

He came out on the scheduled day we had agreed on. He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He checked out the garage door because it would not close. It was like something was getting in the way of the safety sensor at the bottom of the door but it would not go down from an open position and nothing was in the way of the sensor. He replaced the sensor with a used one that was still in great condition. Garage door works like a charm. He only charged me for the labor. I did tell the technician I also wanted to rubber replaced and the bottom of the garage door because it has dry rotted. He told me he would have to order it and he would call me when it came in to make arrangements to put it on and I never got a call back.

Service was done as described it would be done. The service was done in about less than an hour in a very courteous manner. If I ever have problems with my door I will definitely consider this company.

I order the $99 garage door reconditioning deal. The two servicemen called before the schedule time and were very prompt and polite they did there job and answered any questions I had about my garage door. Access Garage personnel came out in timely manner. Was professional, courteous and polite. Took time to explain to me what he intended to do, gave maintenance tips to me and completed work in a fast and efficient manner. Overall, I was very pleased with this provider and the level of work performed.

They were very prompt in arriving and called ahead of time. Very friendly and very quick. Our garage door went from outrageously loud screaming to just the sound of the motor! I had been wanting some new trim around the garage door where a mouse chewed through. I asked him about it and he was able to go out and buy the trim and install it the next day. I will definitely be using them for all garage door needs!

Amazing company! Saturday night at approximately 8:00 p.m., I attempted to open my garage door. It would not open no matter what I did, including pulling the disconnect cord (and screaming at it and hitting it a few times). I didn't know what to do. I was pretty much in a state of panic, so I pulled up Angie's List and found this company that said they responded to emergency calls. Wow! They said they could come the same night, but I told them that the following morning would be okay (I had to go to NOLA to work on Monday morning). A very pleasant and professional man showed up right on time, 9:30 on SUNDAY morning! I had told the owner, with whom I had spoken Saturday night, that the door only had one spring, but I was wrong and it had two. No worries, he was prepared, and got my door up and running within an hour. Of course, there was an after-hours fee, but it was in the neighborhood of $89, and I thought that was extremely reasonable. I will definitely call Access whenever I have any problems with my garage door in the future, and I highly recommend them to anyone with garage door issues!
