I cannot be happier with the service & product from Relief Windows. They are so prompt & professional & made my experience wonderful. I replaced nine windows in my home. I decided to upgrade to the double hung impact glass windows for the safety features. I would recommend these guys to anyone!

all window work was excellent, except one, which required only a caulk repair.

They showed up on time, we walked thru the house and they explained how the work would be done. There was 16 windows that had to be taken out and replaced. They started work right away, laid tarps down when needed, well organized, and respectful of my home. There was no glass or debris left behind, their clean up was excellent .The installers answered any questions I had. It was the best experience I had of any home improvement. I would use them again.

We have had the picture window replaced two years before by another company because it was leaking and it still leaked and caused a problem and these guys fixed it two years ago and haven't leaked yet so they knew what they're doing. I've referred them out to others.

Brandon and Tom arrived promptly for the estimate and quickly gave an excellent price for the replacement of all windows in the duplex. We love the quality of the windows and felt they gave us a great price. It took 2 weeks to get the windows after ordering, but they came and installed in less than one day. They look fabulous and we are very happy with the service and product. We highly recommend Relief Windows to anyone. We even asked if they could make a special trip to our Plano, TX home to do windows there as well!

Brandon and Tom came out to do the initial estimate. They were both very professional and friendly and were able to address my concerns and answer any questions quickly. Originally, I was going to go with the 5400 single-hung series, but decided to go with the 7700 Series only because I wanted the double hung option. The pricing that was presented to me included removal of my existing windows, installation of the new windows, and sealing around the windows both inside and out. Neither Brandon or Tom were pushing me to make a decision. They guaranteed that the price I was being quoted was the price for all the work to be completed and there was no hidden fees. They also stated that we didn't have to pay a single penny until the job was completed and we were 100% satisfied. After thinking about it for a little bit I chose Relief Windows. They scheduled the installation and would contact me once the windows arrived to confirm the installation date would still work with my schedule. They called let me know that the windows had arrived early and asked if I had any availability to allow them to do the installation earlier and if not we would just keep the original installation date. I was luckily available and had them come in to perform the installation on the 1st of May. My installer was Trevor and he and his team showed up right on time and were very polite and professional. They were such nice guys, I even offered to make them a pot of coffee! They had all 13 windows replaced, sealed, and everything cleaned up within 2 1/2 hours. I was completely blown away by how quick they did the install and the floor in my house was cleaner when they left than it was when they got there! I've been 100% satisfied with my new windows. They have completely reduced the outisde noice and i've also noticed my AC running less since they've been installed. Everything looks great and the windows really bring the house back to it's original appearance. I've already referred Relief Windows to multiple members of my family. I have a couple of other projects that I'll be looking to do in the future, and these guys will be my first and only call. You can't go wrong with Brandon and his team. CHOOSE RELIEF WINDOWS!!!

Thomas came out and gave me an estimate. This was my 3rd and final estimate. I chose them immediately because they had the best product, reviews, and value in comparison to the other 2 companies that came out. My Windows came in on Mon, a week and a half later, like they said. We set up the installation between 7-8a.m. for that Thurs. The installers arrived right before 8 and we're completed right before 12! I am so very pleased with how everything turned out. The installers were quick, friendly, and cleaned everything up behind themselves. They used drop clothes and worked very efficiently. I absolutely love my Windows and my experience! Highly recommend!

they arrived promptly, work efficiently, politely and professionally. Changed out 21 windows in 1 day. they went above & beyond the requirements, and cleaned up afterwards. This IS the company to call!

Relief Windows did an excellent job contacting me, quoting the job, scheduling the job, and siding my home. Brandon and Thomas were very knowledgable and provided a sufficient amount of information for me to make an informed decision without being completely overwhelmed with technical details. The price was a good value for the amount of work done on my home. Thomas communicated with me proactively and periodically to make certain I knew what to expect all along the way. The installation team of Joey and Norma was very friendly and well-experienced. There were no surprises and everything went as planned. My home looks so much better and I am as pleased as can be with my choice of Relief Windows!

I contacted a few window crews, and after a couple weeks of deliberation, I decided to go with Relief Windows. They were not the least expensive by about $500, but I liked their windows more than their competitors, and they were far more professional. The only reason I gave them a B in punctuality is that they showed up a little early for the estimate and when they came to measure the windows. I know, early isn't normally something to complain about, but they caught my girlfriend in her robe, for which I got an earful. When it came time for the actual installation, they were right on time and finished all 11 windows in about 3.5 hours. Workers were friendly, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I'm the type that always wants to do these types of jobs myself (though I often get talked out of it), so I had quite a few questions that they answered very well. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Great experience working with this company, from the initial contact for an estimate, to the follow up phone calls from them, once the job was completed. They arrived on time and worked through cold rainy weather to complete the job with no complaints. Excellent customer service since installation with prompt attention to minor imperfections found. Relief Windows LLC was the first company we called for an estimate and felt comfortable enough with price, quality and the personable meeting that we hired them on the spot without getting other estimates. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

When I was trying to pick a window company and was looking for reviews, I found a lot of reviews on Relief Windows but all of them were shortly after the installations. I kept thinking that these people did not know how the installation would hold up. Well, I waited eight months to write this review and I don't have one complaint. The salesman was quite enthusiastic, and stayed in touch with us from the first meeting to the installation. The owner also came by to talk to us before and after the installation. There was more than one grade to choose from and when the windows came in, I checked to make sure they were exactly what I ordered. They were. The crew showed up that morning right on time. They never slowed down. At noon, I offered to get them something to eat but they declined and kept working. They finished all 16 windows in one day. I had ordered tempered glass in two of the windows for the room in which my grandson plays. After the windows in that room were installed, I remembered the tempered glass. I knew the installation crew wasn't around when the tempered glass was discussed and ordered, and since there was no difference in their appearance, I thought I better check. The two tempered glass windows had been installed in the correct place. The salesman called a couple of days later to ask us if we were satisfied and if there were any problems. I told him I was very satisfied and there was only one little spot where there was a small hole in the calking but the hole was less than a half inch long and in a place that was not visible so not to worry about it. The next day one of the crew showed up and fixed the hole. After the windows were installed, we noticed we didn't hear the traffic and other outside noises nearly as much. It was a great experience.

Highly recommend this company. They were very professional and very easy to work with. The sales rep Thomas came to our house twice and we met with the owner Brandon the second time prior to finalizing our order. We interviewed three companies total and this one stood out from the rest because of the quality installation. They made sure we got exactly what we wanted as far as the windows and all the door details. Our order arrived quicker than I was expecting and everything was perfect. We have an older home that's been gutted and redone twice that we know of so there were some installation difficulties due to the age and shifting of the house but the install crew was on top of it. Richard, Kurt, and Marcus were really awesome and they worked their tails off to make sure the windows and doors were perfect on our imperfect house. We have already noticed a big difference in how our central heating and cooling doesn't have to work as hard now! No more drafts! Very impressed overall with both the windows and doors as well as the installation crew. I would definitely use them again.

Everything went great. I was very satisfied with the work that was done. All the installers were very professional and fast. I have known Thomas for years and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Our home was built in the 1930s and the windows badly needed to be replaced. I called relief windows out to give us an estimate. Their price was fair and they were very professional and organized. We told them we were going to wait a few months and that we would follow up in the fall. They actually remembered to call us and follow up that fall. We scheduled a time and they completed all 15 windows in a few hours.

It was a very good experience. Brandon and Thomas were very responsive and on time with all requests and the installation. Price was good and I am very pleased with the windows. Installation took about four hours and installers were very courteous and professional. So glad I found Relief Windows! Would definitely refer their services to friends and family. I installed the white 7700 Series and couldn't be more pleased.

Brandon came in with Thomas and measured all my windows. Each one fit exactly. The 3 man crew took 3 hours to install. They custom fitted vinyl over all my wood framing. They left no mess and were very responsive to all my questions. I'm sure the donuts helped. Just kidding these guys are all professionals. Thomas stepped by during the job just to make sure all was well and if I had any questions. WHAT A DIFFERENCE A DAY MAKES. My electric bill immediately showed savings. The noise reduction is unbelievable but most of all the house is warm. I wanted to wait to really see what the temp. in the house would feel like with very cold temperatures. We have had 30;s at night and the house is very cozy. I am so glad I made this investment. Best move you can make. The entire experience was wonderful. Thank you Relief Windows.

Excellent! Highly recommend Relief Windows! Their quote was very competitive with a few others we received (we had 6 total), but we felt more comfortable with the product line they offered and their customer service was top notch. Brandon and Thomas were always very timely and responsive in answering all of our questions and concerns. The installation went smoothly, the guys were professional and cleaned up after themselves. Great experience, and no second thoughts! We are extremely happy with our new windows and HIGHLY recommend Relief!

No hidden cost or fees. The removal/installation team was very professional & great attention to detail. From start to end, this was one of the best experiences we've had. We called Relief Windows for an estimate and they came just a few days later, provided us with a clear price and showed us an actual window to see what we were getting. Their estimate was very competitive so we decided to do it. They came back to re messure all the openings and after a week and a half two guys showed up and installed all of them in less than a day. It was pretty amazing. Later, the owner showed up to inspect the work. The entire process was flawless. Good work!
